Its a hard rubber, so it wont break any time soon, but its grippy enough that it stays on your shoulder and wont slide like the stock pad. And for $13, its really a solid purchase. Overall 10/10, highly recommend if you wanna improve your MP7 in any way, and installing it was super easy!
