"I have owned this for a year now and have tested it with several aeg's. It is perfect. I wasn't convinced when I bought it but the guys at xtremeairsoft assured me that it is worth it and it is. Great product. It is well made, super clear and really accurate.

"Expensive, but worth it
The highest quality red-dot of all the ones i own.
The finish is high-quality, the bright settings of both red and green are nice and bright, clearly visible even in the daytime in the snow.
It zero's easily, and the chevron reticle is a nice shape.
More expensive than most red dots, but the 2x magnification is perfect for airsoft where 4x is overkill but you'd still like to track your bb's better and have a slight advantage of identifying targets in the woods.
This is certainly a worthy investment that will last (hopefully) a while. I have it mounted on my rpk and it bears resemblance to a kashtan sight. It would also certainly look like an acog if mounted on an AR

"2023 buyers and onward, it seems the product listed is a bit different than what you’ll receive or what past buyers have received. Bought this looking for a solid low zoom optic and while I did appreciate the metal construction and it does seem to be a 2x, the reticle is a normal red dot (not a chevron) and the brightness levels for both red and green were incredibly dim. Tested with a battery with plenty of juice that works great in my other sight, and the dot in this optic is just so dim through all 5 brightness levels.
On top of that (and maybe this is normal, but seemed strange to me) the sight mounted very off-center from the rail of my aeg, which could be accounted for in sighting in the dot, but it caught me pretty off guard and looked pretty wonky. The front post of the iron sight on top of the optic was also visibly angled to one side and seemed to be mounted not in line super well with the back two posts.
All in all you’re not paying real steel prices and perfection is probably not to be expected considering that. But, for nearly $100 I was pretty disappointed with the lack of attention to quality, and sent it back.
