"this is an amazing gun for its price, yes its heavy but that's half the reason why I bought it, to begin with.
pros-
sturdy
shoots smooth
bipod actually works
shoots roughly 392 out of box
the only cons I have are -
have to slam the mag in
but spike fell out and lost the metal piece that keeps it in.

"First things first, I love this gun. the pictures don't do it justice this thing is sexy and feels solid, it ways almost exactly the same as the real steal version by about half a pound. Performance wise this gun is great when it shoots, the key term in that sentence being WHEN it shoots. I don't know if it was just the magazine it came with but it had horrible feeding issues every 3 to 5 shots which was frustrating to say the least.
When the scope and hop-up were adjusted and a bb actually made into the chamber it would nail the target every time at 200 feet.
So, do i recommend this rifle? yes if you don't mind putting a bit of love into it. if you don't you better be ok with the idea of frantically taking out and reinserting your magazine till it actually loads properly in the middle of a game.

"I just got this rifle today and have not had a chance to fire it. I did order the spring which when I attempted to replace the internals, snapped off the top of where the spring is stored and directs the airflow (Part X04).
When I finally got the spring replaced after snapping off the part, I fired the gun and after about 15 times, the internal parts that control the spring snapped in half. When you buy this gun, I recommend replacing at a minimum the base of the spring system to a metal part (S10) and the spring itself which brings the FPS up to 500.
Pros:
High FPS once the spring is replaced
Realistic feel and look
Cons:
Magazines (Bought 4, 1 came with the gun. 3 of the 5 fit in the magazine well) - Expensive for extra mags.
Heavy - carrying this gun around on the field will get tired.
BB Feeder is made out of plastic; however its the only plastic parts aside from the stock.
Requires alan wrenches to disassemble but does not come with any.
Parts are hard to find on the Internet aside from the spring.
Overall, this is a good gun to buy, just beware of the flaws, like most guns.

"So this is just gonna be a short review on the gun...
It is a pretty good sniper rifle....well worth it's price and the metal looks very realistic
The finish on it looks like real gun metal but it's really heavy duty aluminum
The bipod feels weak but is actually high quality
It comes with 1 inch scope mounts for the dove tail rail which is nice
But mags are expensive!
Pros :
- It's an L115A3
- it's very accurate
- very realistic
- folding stock
- Bipod included
- scope mount included
- realistic magazine placement
Cons :
- Slight barrel wobble
- extremely heavy (about 23 lbs)
Overall great gun 10/10 would buy again!

"this gun is amazing! i love the heavy weight.
Pro's:
-weight
-only thing to upgrade is the spring for 500 fps.
-accurate
-folding stock for mobility
-grip feel and adjustable stock for height adjustment when prone.
-Reliable
Con's:
- some might not like the heavy weight. i dont suggest carrying a full metal AEG and this rifle.
- must take heavier bb's because the lightweights will shatter.
- spring is kind of tought to install. you have to finagle the trigger assembly with the spring assembly to get it in.
goes great with the AIM 3-9x40 Dual Illuminated Rangefinder Scope with Sunshade and looks intimidating. this is my first sniper and i dont regret it.

"This gun is a good gun. But it did have its flaws.
I've had this sniper for a little over a year now and have made some modifications and upgrades along the way. Several of these modifications are because of the flaws the gun used to have. Firstly, since the mag is located where it is supposed to be, there has to be a feeding chute from the mag to the hop-up unit. I experienced feeding problems with this, so I got rid of imperfection and burrs inside for a smoother flow of BBs. I also put more tension on the spring inside the mag to push the BBs a little harder.
The internals of the trigger box the box itself are metal and lasted for a while, but then the main lever inside gave out. There is no replacement of this part, as far as I know. So I machined a new part out of a solid piece of steel- just keep this in mind. The spring is powerful, but has just recently started to warp for me. The spring guide and piston of the bolt assembly are plastic. The positive side of this is it is a little quieter, but the negative is the spring digs into the base of the spring, making it unable to rotate freely. Although the parts work and the stock piston is ported, these parts should be upgraded.
The hop-up of this gun is nice and consistent from the start, but I've shimmed mine for a more secure fit, and r-hopped it. The gun was accurate to begin with, but now it has great range and accuracy. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the bucking is unique to this gun, as far as I know. So be extremely careful with it, because a replacement would be near impossible to find.
So upgrades-The spring, spring guide, piston, cylinder, and cylinder head are VSR-10 compatible. Just about everything else is unique.
-Upgrade the stock spring guide to some sort of ball bearing one
-Upgrade the piston to one of higher quality
-Could upgrade spring if you chose to
-R-hop really helped me, but it is not necessary to be effective.
Pros:
-Accurate out of the box
-Powerful (I recommend nothing lighter than .30g bbs, I use .32g)
-Relatively quiet, which is good for stealth
-Very sturdy, has a great feel to it
-Heavy (Realistic)
Cons:
-Some feeding issues
-Lack of upgrade parts
-Heavy (Gets tiring after running around)
Overall, out of the box, I'd give this gun a 4/5 because it works and gets the job done. After a few upgrades, this thing becomes a beast and deserves a 5/5
