"Got this for my JG Bar 10

Pros:
Great seal for cylinder (O-ring fits nicely)
Nice dampener on the end for the piston (quieter)
Tapered end for better air seal with barrel

Cons:
Price

Little pricey but there is some added benefit over the stock cylinder head and it is made with much better quality. Can't say if it outperforms other aftermarket cylinder heads.
