"The Storm Apocalypse grenade is pretty cool, I picked up a couple of them . With the flip of a switch you go from “safe” to “live.” The impact discharge is nice, you can flip the switch and football throw it through a window or a doorway and hear 150 bbs ricocheting off the walls of the shelter your opponents are barricaded in. I don’t waste good bbs in this thing, I use cheapo .12g bbs, because why not. It always detonates. Only downside is that it’s green gas, so it doesn’t work very well in cold temperatures. Also I think it would be cool to have some noise as it is very quiet… aside from the bbs hitting walls. It seems as though since it’s a quick gas discharge, they could make the next generation whistle or something.

"Great grenade. 5 stars but it could easily be better. There is no spoon to lose, it’s easy to load, the instructions include maintenance. The grenade goes off easily when tossed.
What could be better? I put some sharpie to help make it easier to know safe vs fire.
I love that the grenade fits perfectly in my condor frs radio pouch.

"I got an orange one so I could. See it. Also I used propane with silicon. Ok so this thing sprays bbs everywhere. It’s not loud it doesn’t boom but it gives a his and spins a slings those bbs. So when pyro is no bueno, this thing is legit fun. It doesn’t take hard impacts to set off and is easy to fill. A plus and a gem of a find. Berry happy!!! Have fun with it.

"The design is simple, the procedure for loading it is simple, there's no pins you have to keep track of, and it's effective. Everything you want in a grenade.
My only issues with it?
1) The exterior is plastic and gets marred easily. if it had some rubber dumbbell bumpers at the ends, that would help with longevity.
2) It's short, too short for Tactical Tailor flashbang pouches. You end up having to push the pouch from the bottom or take your gloves off to get a grip on it. If the Apocalypse was 3/4" longer and maybe 1/4" narrower (then add those bumpers), it'd be perfect.
3) This design could be really, really quick to load... if it didn't hold 155 bbs. M4 mag-size speedloaders are a must at the very least.
