RA-Tech Maple Leaf Aluminum Hopup Lever for VSR10 Series Airsoft Sniper Rifles

"I have been using the Dangerwerx type B arm for a year inside a Marui hop chamber with a PDI W-hold bucking. Torso-size targets at 230 feet were hit around 50% of the time. On a recent trip to Evike I picked up the RA-Tech hopup lever, after examining it to make sure that the concave nub is dead center. The lever was not a drop-in fit at first due to the 4 tabs protruding at the 4 corners of the arm. After sanding it carefully with fine grit sandpaper it became a perfect fit! I installed it in the stock Marui hop chamber with a RA-Tech / Maple Leaf 70 degree monster bucking on a wide window 6.03mm barrel. Accuracy and range have increased to about 75% on a 260 feet torso sized target (measured with rangefinder).

"This is THE best hop up arm ever, but it absolutely MUST be combined with an wide and open window type barrel (Maple Leaf very own) and a Maple Leaf bucking (recommended Autobot bucking)
That combo provides outstanding results, even better than a well built R-Hop (same concept for range, but ML also provides better accuracy by getting the bb perfectly centred in the hop unit, and better seal than any other hop rubber due to Autobot bucking brass ring)

"QC problems.
If you do some googling, you'll see people have a problem where this arm's nub is off center, and doesn't apply pressure evenly. I was hoping I would have better luck, but the contact patch is visibly off center for me as well. To resolve this I sanded down the opposite side and glued some shims onto the stock chamber so the arm was more center. Now my gun shoots straight as an arrow with this arm, stock chamber, TDC mod, and a Madbull 6.03 barrel, and I am quite pleased. However, you might want to save yourself the trouble of having to mod the arm and your chamber and just buy the Dangerwerx arm for a few bucks more.
