"The carry handle is nearly a pound itself lol
Fresh out of the box and not cleaning inner barrel...
170ft effective range on semi, 200ft on full auto
I filled the buttstock with acorns and beads to ward off evil sprits while I run.
Only a fool would insert some styrofoam to keep things quiet.
People dog on how cheap the buttstock is...it's only week on the buttplate...which will never feel strain, chill out.
this thing has ZERO wobble, is hefty, accurate and has excellent range out of the box.
I have full confidence this thing will live as long as my CYMA ak, this thing did not disapoint
no discussion, buy this

"Full metal the gun is heavier than real ar10 and ar15s.
It's a long gun longer than most snipers I have seen at fields. When loaded up with .32 gram bbs it shoots with a inch grouping at 100 ish feet.
Bravo Matrix

"I'd recommend getting it if it is on sale, which is what I did. The one I got had a relatively loose safety selector, and the trigger pull doesn't feel all that great. That being said, it has a relatively solid gearbox for the price, and it makes a pretty good project gun (every gun is a project gun, I know, but consider all the parts you can get via the money you've just saved up). Another thing you should note is that this gun is quite heavy, and it will become heavier as you start adding things like foregrip onto it. If you don't want to be a lift bro on the field like I do, I'd recommend something between 2500g to start as a beginner weapon. Double Bell (The OEM manufacturer for this Matrix M16A4) has similar budget selections, such as their XM177E2, which is way lighter than this one while still being relatively cheap.
Nevertheless, I got this gun for around $130 when it was on sale, and for that price-to-performance ratio, I'd personally give it a five star.

"Awesome Rifle, giving it 5 stars as it deserves it. Feels solid, hefty, and just like the real thing, however, my only complaint is the butt stock. It feels too hollow and weak compared to the rest of the gun, but luckily it is interchangeable, so now I just need to find a stronger one.
All in all, it’s a top tier gun, and for only 150 too is crazy (USD).

"10/10 solid full metal for begginers

"To begin with I was skeptical about buying such a low budget replica. Let me assure you I’ve owned countless KWA,we tech, lct and yes this feels slightly toyish but for the price it can’t be beat. The 8mm gearbox is fantastic(could use shimming) but upon taking it apart it is complimented with steel gears, steel rack piston and aluminum piston head and o ring metal nozzle. This combination of pre installed upgrades made this blow by any budget AEG I’ve ever worked on. Now for the cons the butt stock does feel cheap along with when I got the gun I had to go over every external screw to make sure it was tight. My final and biggest gripe is the horrid cheap stock motor, it whines like a trust fund baby being cut off. It’s that bad but simple fix buy a new motor or go till the cheapo one burns out. Overall extremely happy with purchase.

"Like the other review, you get what you pay for. However, my receiver and stock had a little wiggle was minimal, the piston grip is all plastic with no metal threads, and the front sight was slanted. I corrected all these things however. The internals were very interesting. The hop up packing had rings around like a maple leaf but standard mount and hollow nub. This thing was fairly accurate for a stock gun. The gearbox has 8mm bearings and a qc spring guide and a linear spring. The piston looks like a jg one with 14.5 teeth and the piston head is an all metal double o ring. It says "high performance piston head" on the top. The nozzle is metal and has an o ring. It has bearings in the piston and the spring guide, however the ball bearing carrier b/w the 2 washers looks like its been crushed by the spring force, preventing it from spinning freely by hand. Not sure if I can split the guide to replace it. All the drivetrain and the compression parts were really well greased, but I still cleaned and replaced it because you could smell it burning at high speed. I had to add a 0.1mm shim under the bevel, added a shs steel cut off, wired in a gate nanoasr, added a fuse, added some more sorbo, replaced a the motor with a element high torque and swapped the pinion, flathopped with a g&g green, and added a zci pistol grip. With 11.1v this thing now wrecks with over 900rpm and a killer range, what I was looking for in a full size assault rifle. The full metal body and bolt catch are durable but not perfect. Im careful during skirmishes anyway. Be warned though the only weak point in the bolt catch is the bolt carrier which we all know is thin bendable metal. 4.5/5 would buy again.

"I’m giving this a 4 based off it’s very cheap cost, but did debate leaving a 3.
Pros:
Shoots nice with the factory tight bore
Comes with rotary style hop up (surprise)
Very cheap
Endless battery space in stock
Cons:
Fairly noisy mechbox. I’ll be re shimming at least
Exterior fit and finish (details below)
My biggest gripe is entirely exterior based. Lots of upper receiver wobble right from the box. I fixed that with some electrical tape, but then it also had a good deal of RAS wobble. Rear stock seems pretty thin. The lack of ruggedness is exactly what you should expect from a sub $150 replica.
