"The full wood version is very nice. It has a good weight, and the shells eject perfectly (around 99% of the time). The only downside I have seen so far is that there are no instructions to install the bolt which isn't difficult if you're handy without instructions, it does not shoot to the FPS in the description, but it isn't bad. This is a beautiful display piece but is not practical for gameplay or much else apart from having fun with it.

"As Albert mentioned, it requires a bit of work to put the bolt in, but once the bolt is in, this thing is going to work most smoothly. I struggled to put the bolt in, and since it's spring-powered, it takes some effort to fully push the bolt back into position (the rifle is loaded when you push the bolt back). The real wood version looks nice, feels nice, and has some weight to it. Overall, it is a very fun rifle to shoot.

"Pros:
1. Extremely fun to play around with
2. Shell ejection works perfectly (99.9% of the time)
3. The stimulated wood grain looks pretty realistic
4. All the parts that should be metal are metal
5. Weight is very realistic
Cons:
1. Might require a bit of tinkering to put the bolt into the rifle
Overall a really nice rifle for both display and target practice. If the bolt isn't going in no matter what you do, try pushing the internal magazine down, it might be over the edge and preventing the bolt from sliding all the way in.

This gun is a fantastic replica that will have you loading and unloading it just cuz its so fun.
It has a solid body even for imitation wood, all the pieces that should be metal are metal and the shells are very strong.
The action is kinda like a reverse springer where you push the bolt closed to prime the spring. Its a pretty tough spring but with momentum its easier to close.
I recommend this if you want a beautiful display piece.

"As a Canadian living in Kitchener I was able to buy this gun and have it ship through the border, but it was opened by CBSA. It took about a week for Evike to ship it and then another 2 weeks to actually get it at my doorstep. It was ok. Faux cleaning rod was bent and the bolt seizes up some times. On the first try, the end of the bolt was slightly rotated and when I tried pushing it in, it damaged the wood frame. Some parts were also loose, but if you can look past all of that, this gun is an amazingly beautiful display piece or backyard pinger. 7.8/10 would recommend.

"So, This gun is fantastic, but has 1 issue, specifically with the spring model. After a while of using the bolt, your hand will start to bruise because of the spring's strength, and that the spring is charged when you push the bolt in, instead of when the bolt is pulled out, like most spring bolts. Because of that, it is also quite difficult to keep the rifle shouldered while working the action.
Something i'd like to mention is that surplus 7.92 Stripper clips will not work. You have to modify the bolt of the gun to fit them into the clip holder, and even then, the shells are slightly smaller than a regular 7.92 cartridge, so they slip out before they can make it into the internal magazine.
Then again this could just be because i'm built like a ham sandwich.
All in all, 7/10. Could definitely be better.
If i could buy it again, I'd buy the gas variant.

"Notice: Haven't used in a game yet. Then again, shell-ejecting airsoft guns aren't exactly designed for games.
Decently sized and comfortable in the hands. Comes pre-lubed. Biggest problem is the "instruction manual", if you can call it that. Bolt comes disassembled and the manual has no instructions on how to install it. The "manual" is a single 11" piece of paper including the following:
-Part breakdown (not blown out)
-How to load/fire
-Aim correction
-Safety
-Hop-up adjustment (does not give direction, gun doesn't have direction either)
-Disassembly (this is the only thing remotely hinting at how to assemble the gun, though specific part orientations are not mentioned)
-Basic airsoft 101 rules.
I am not missing anything in the manual. There are also a few minor inconveniences, though these can be relatively ignored. Firstly, the fire-position of the safety is loose and the bolt has a loose fit, forcing you to move it into specific positions in order to load it. Furthermore, the included barrel plug is loose and does not fit in the barrel. I recommend buying a separate barrel cover. The bag holding the shells was also broken when it arrived, resulting in the shells being loose inside the box.
Beyond these inconveniences, the gun is genuinely fun to operate. While I do recommend this gun, I only recommend it to those who know how to assemble various hardware without instruction and/or can ignore minor inconveniences and instead look at the novelty of the toy.
