"So this gun was actually just given to me by a man who thought something was wrong with it. The problem was he was using .177 steel bbs in it.
Yeah, if you do that, of course the bbs are just going to roll out the end of the barrel. I ain't mad at him, though, 'cause now I've got a $35 pistol for nothing. The magazine leaked like a sieve at first, but after using plenty of pellgun oil on the puncture pin, not one little hiss, and i've listened really closely. Silicon oil works, too.
It's never been in a war, but it's held up really well, and if I did use it in a war, I wouldn't be worried about reliability. It's efficient, a good weight, and comfortable, cheap, shoots great with .20s.
The only thing is that it does not have a threaded barrel. Not really a con, 'cause it is $35, but if it did, then you could buy a novritsch suppressor and sneak around and zap guys quietly. That would effectively make it a knockoff SSX23. But for $35(and in my case, for nothing), I really can't complain!

"I don't see how other people have been having problems with this gun if they are. My buddy bought this gun 6 or seven years ago. In that time he broke the slide and u have to duck tap it to hold it in place. After about 3 or 4 years he gave it to me and I've put this gun threw just about everything. Then about 3 months ago the mag finally gave out. It kicked butt in the field it made people take cover when I came around the corner. Im getting this gun again when the time comes. Deffenetly get.

"I bought this about a month ago, it works great, it isn't very accurate once it gets a few clips out on the CO2 but for the first few clips it is extremely accurate, it can easily reach up to 140 feet. To adjust the hop up the gun has to be taken apart. With the stock mag it is extremely light and has an odd feel, but the metal replacement mags are heavy and give a great realistic weight to it. Nor the stock clip or aftermarket clip lock for loading, which can make loading tedious, but other than those few problems it is a great, reliable gun, the polymer is very strong, and the trademarks are where they should be. All of the levers and switches that would be on the real gun are on this too, it is extremely realistic. It also has a decently high FPS, enough to get through both sides of an aluminum pop can, and to almost get through the bottom of a pop can.
So in conclusion,
Pros:
High FPS
Moderate range
Cheap
Realistic
Weight can vary (based on mag)
Strong polymer
Grip conforms to hand
Cons:
No lock on clip
Not very accurate
Stock mag is very light.

"This pistol is GREAT for beginners who want to give airsoft a try but also don't want to risk dropping tons of money on it only to find out that airsoft is not for them. This is also great for plinkers who get tired of cheap springers.
Pros:
-Very comfortable grip. One of the best I've ever felt on any airsoft gun.
-Insanely co2 efficient. I usually get over 250 rounds off before having to put in a new co2 cartridge.
-Relatively accurate with .2 g bb's. Great for CQB
-Cheap
-Very light
-Durable for being a plastic gun
Cons:
-Plastic construction
-No blowback (This personally isn't a con for me but for some it might)
-Extra magazines are expensive (Cost over $25 each)
-Small magazine capacity (20-25 rounds is far more ideal for a gun this co2 efficient)
Overall, this is an excellent gun for beginners or plinkers looking for a good upgrade. Evike has kept this gun at $35 for awhile which is a great value for what you're getting. However, I see that the original price they have it for is $50. I would recommend just dropping another $20-$30 for a good blowback pistol that costs between $70-$100 dollars.

"This gun is a very solid choice if you're looking to do some plinking or beginner airsoft. I did not purchase this gun on Evike. This gun is highly co2 efficient. I can get around 260 shots off per co2 cartridge due to this being a non-blowback. The grip also feels amazing. It uses ergonomic rubber that fits perfectly into my hand (I have large hands by the way). Some may not like how this gun doesn't blowback but I don't care for that at this price point. Pay $40 max for this gun though. Anything higher is too expensive. This is great for cqb since the fps is between 300 and 325 with .2g bb's. Overall a great pick for beginners and plinkers
Pros:
-VERY comfortable grip
-Accurate for a pistol
-Highly co2 efficient
-Cheap if bought for $40 or less
-Great looking replica
-Reliable and easy to maintain
Cons:
-Plastic construction
-Non-blowback
-Spare magazines are expensive
-Small magazine capacity (15 rounds)
Some are noting co2 leaks. I've had this gun for 2 months and I've had no problems. There are always defective units though no matter who makes the airsoft gun but keep those other reviews in mind

"Best Mid-level handgun on the market.
The Taurus handgun is fantastic for almost all types of players looking for a reliable secondary handgun.
Pros
1. Gas Usage - This gun can last an absurdly long time with decent FPS the whole time. You can go 10 mags without change, but I'd recommend only using 5.
2. Rubberized grip - This gun is very comfortable to hold and providers better accuracy.
3 .Decent range and accuracy - About as much anyone would want for most skirmishes.
4. Non-blowback - Some say this is a con, but it saves a ton of gas.
Cons
1. Hop-up - The hop up is difficult to find since this is a non-blowback, but it can be done by pushing in the shell ejection slide and pulling the top rail back.
2. Finicky trigger - The trigger is a little stiff, and must be pulled all the way back to fire. If the trigger isn't pulled fully, it loads an extra bb into the chamber every time the trigger is pulled, creating a shotgun effect.
3. Mags - The mags are fantastic for gas usage, but they can only be found by looking hard on amazon.
All in all, this is the best handgun Ive ever owned.
If you want a reliable, gas efficient handgun for a good price, Buy This Gun!

"Found this pistol very handy for close quarters combat and it would be my first choice sidearm when going into an airsoft war!
by Christie W. on 02/21/2018
"So far this pistol is great. The only thing I don't really like is that you have to hold the spring back to load it. There is no mechanism or notch to lock the spring to the rear for loading. I have fired it at about 50 ft and hit 12-13 out of 15 shots at a 11x13in piece of paper. I don't think hitting a body sized target will be an issue. I will do some further testing to see how many rounds I can fire before replacing the co2 and determining the max effective range.

"I have literally put this little peashooter through anything and everything and it still out performs many other high quality pistols. This gun was like 25 bucks when I bought it and the look on people's faces when you get that "impossible" kill is priceless
by Paul W. on 06/19/2017
"Not a bad, cheap pistol. Definitely will work as a decent secondary weapon. Build quality is decent; it's nice and light. It is CO2 efficient - and the other reviews about getting 250 shots out of a cartridge are on the money.
The grip feels pretty good too.
My only gripe is the force required on the trigger is on the higher side. Younger players may find it off-putting. My son, for instance, prefers using other pistols due to the trigger pull affecting his accuracy.
If you can work around that, it's not a bad little pistol for the price.

"For the price I think this is a great deal. Especially now while it's on sale for 35 dollars. It has incredible gas efficiency. They advertise that it has an adjustable hop up but I've taken apart the whole gun and never found it.

Cheap
Very comfortable grip
Good power
Amazing gas efficiency
No leaks
Good trigger pull for double action pistol
Cons:
Some plastic is not up to my standards
Could not find hop up adjustment

"Good:
Price, tough, fast handling , co2 efficient , pistols are fun for cqb and moving quickly . Keep your feet moving and pop corners on the move. Most guys won't be able to move their full size aeg quick enough to get on target before you give them a double tap. Semi loud and intimidates in cqb
Not so good:
Capacity, accuracy , heavy trigger pull. Heavy trigger pull contributes to poor grouping, accuracy is so so (it is a pistol not a sniper), 15 rounds gos quickly so keep your cool and make them count. extra mags are expensive .
Conclusion:
Is it the best pistol out there, no. Fun factor for the price is there. co2 lasts for several cqb battles so not a huge cost, it's a lot of fun to just move through a map non stop and pop corners with out peeking first. I can usually get about 3:1 kill/death ratio running like this and it's usually running out of amo that gets me in trouble. Intense and a lot of fun.

"Ive had two these guns. They are amazing starter side arms. The only problem I encountered was I dropped the mag and since then has been very slowly leaking with co2. Also the mags coming in at around 30$ or so I would get a speed reloader and just use that(5$).
Pros:
Lightweight
Cheap
Co2 lasts a long time
Cons
Expensive mags
Accuracy
Plastic body

"Piece of poo! Only pro, accurate. Cons, jams, no hop up, trigger immensely hard to pull and feels jankey
