"for people looking at this instantly thinking it’s bad or read the other review saying it shoots soft out of box that is not true at least for mine. it was a bit difficult to get together right away but after that it shoots extremely well. i bought this to make it a project gun but i do not see to many upgrades that are needed. maybe a new spring and maybe a hop but it is a fantastic rifle if you want to hold up the weight of it and if you want a pretty good range rifle. with 0.28 the hop isn’t the most effective but that’s an easy fix and with 0.2 the hop works very well. very highly recommend

"Everyone who automatically writes this off because of the low FPS and long barrel, you're not wrong, but you're not right either. If you look at this pictures of this AUG vs other ones available on this site, you'll notice a gap between the upper and lower receivers. That's because they don't align properly.

I bought this for the meme. I intend to make it a fully functioning DMR - no matter what it takes - but it definitely takes work to get it working. And I only plan to use it for the memes. I bought it alongside a Prometheus MS135 spring and installed it immediately, still only got .7 joules. That's because when it arrived, it came disassembled; the receivers were separated. As such, the hopup assembly was in pieces. On top of that, it doesn't come with directions, so I had no idea how to put it together at first. I figured it out, had to use electrical tape to get the receivers to align, and it still only shoots at 1.01 joules. With a MS135 spring that should be shooting 1.8+ joules.

Again, I don't think that's because of the barrel. I believe most of the gearbox and alignment issues are to blame. And even if it is the inner barrel, just get a shorter one. Not a big deal. I plan to get a new gearbox, upgraded piston set, upgraded motor, and a mosfet. If it still shoots low, I'll probably upgrade the gears and get a shorter inner barrel.

TLDR: This is a project piece by far - unless you're getting it for the meme like me.
