"These are very solid.

That statement stands on it's own, no need to add FoR tHe cOsT. These leg panels are really good, and I've bought several at this point for various kits for my team.

One of the other reviews mentioned size, and yes if you are on the thinner side you might have to use some ziptie sizing to get it right. I'm over 6 foot and about 215 and they fit well on me.

My wife on the other hand is under 5' and I wont post her weight cause I enjoy breathing, but she is on the petite side, and we defiantly had to use some zipties to get it to fit right.

Because of the way the buckles are situated it looks like 18" is about the smallest it will go without doing some modification, or using some zipties to hold the leads with the buckles tighter. Keep this in mind.

"Very modular and good for many purposes. easily adjustable and cost efficient.

"These might look small in the picture but these are HUGE. I'm 5'6 110lbs and even with these adjusted to the lowest they can go they still don't fit around my thighs. I ordered two so I could have two hi-capas (they look cool leave me alone) but I might return these since they're so big. the material seems nice but I wouldn't recommend. if you have some time and an extra $10 laying around (shipping plus whatever shipping costs.) you could give it a shot but in the end my recommendation is pay extra for something by a more popular brand.
