"Great bag! Definitely for a shorter rifle. Colors are really nice, and it looks even better in person. High quality, inside and out. Has 2 nice straps inside to secure your rifle, and soft padding that will not scratch it up. Definitely getting another for the price.

"I purchased this bag for my nephews Colt Licensed M4 CQB-R SOPMOD. It measures out to 26" with the stock collapsed from tip of muzzle break to end of buttstock. It DOES NOT fit in the bag. The internal measurement of the bag is just under 26". It is not 28". It seems like a great bag. Well made, nice padding and solid velcro closures. Its just a shame it did not fit.

"I am generally wary of purchasing anything without customer reviews. I am glad I took the chance on this bag. The construction is sturdy and the internal straps keep my G36C from sliding around. Having four mag pouches gives me plenty of storage for magazines batteries and tools all in one bag. The padding on the inside could stand to be thicker but for transporting to and from the field it's enough to keep your gun from getting banged up. It probably won't be able to take a severe beating but that's what a hard case is for. For a soft case though, the size and the price is hard to beat.
