"This is a great aeg right out of the box. It has a heavy, realistic weight, and feels great in the hands. The battery space is very limited, though. I am using 7.4v lipos, and I have to hold it against the bottom of the gas block while I slide the handguard back into place. It also took a little bit of messing around to get the mags to work properly, but overall it's a very gun.

"Probably the best out-of-box ACR AEG you can get right now. It does have parts support so if say the barrel/lower receiver/hop up/etc. breaks somehow you can buy a replacement one. The nozzle is 36.5mm in length I have used a max model 37mm to replace it and it has worked. The gearbox itself is slightly modified v2, the mag release loop isn't present on the gearbox shell, but all the internals are v2 so great aftermarket support. If you want to install something like a Titan as I did you will need to modify the gearbox slightly. There's a little metal peg you'll have to Dremel away. It does have the quick change barrel system but the hop up isn't anchored to it so to really switch barrels out for say the 10 in barrel you'll need to take the upper receiver off to get to it.

My gripes with it are the battery space, no QCS , and the handguard being mlok instead of the traditional polymer one. I can get an elite force tri-panel battery to fit very tightly if I take out the quick-change barrel handle. There is no quick-change spring system so that sucks. Also, the traditional masada handguard, the polymer one, is sold separately. Gotto go to WE-Tech's primary retailer, KY Airsoft, to get it as far as I know.

"This version of the ACR may just be better than the PTS and A&K versions. Although it doesn't feature the polymer handguard, its current metal RIS very much resembles the Remington ACR vs the Bushmaster ACR Masada. While there are some cons to the gun, there are a lot more pros to support it. Not a lot of people run this version of the ACR which makes it a more unique ACR platform.

Pros::
-Very Solid Build/Build Quality
-Metal 8mm V2 Gearbox
-fits V2 Gate TITAN Mosfet
-can fit a RetroArms V2 Gearbox (with a little modification)
-Easy/Quick Access/Removal of Hopup Unit and Inner Barrel (similar to removing an M4 Hopup/Inner Barrel)
-1:1 scale (vs the A&K that is not 1:1)
-Full Metal Upper and RIS
-High Nylon Reinforced Polymer Lower and Stock
-Includes 3x Rail Sections for the RIS
-Includes Metal Front and Rear Iron Sights
-Easy Access/Change to the Long Type Motor (in the pistol grip)
-Fully Ambidextrous Controls
-Functioning Bolt and Bolt Catch/Release
-Quick Change Outer Barrel System
-Multi-Positional Folding Stock

Cons::
-Proprietary Hopup Unit
-NON-Quick Change Spring system
-Long type Nozzle (about 36mm)
-Very Little Battery Space - Front Wired (Recommend Flat Rectangular Nun-Chuck batteries)

"This gun is SICK! Feels solid, shoots straight. Will be taking it to the field very soon. Only problem I had was that the modular rail system was lacking the 7 screws it needs. ALSO there is almost no space in the hand guard for a battery.

Easy fix: mock PEQ unit for a battery.

"Pros: as many others have said this Gun feels great and looks even better, being a little unique on the field is also a plus. solid weight and seems very true to a 1:1 replica

the cons:
- the Battery is almost impossible to get it to fit and mount in the front handguard as WeTech may expect you to do. PEQ is REQUIRED or risk damaging the batteries to make them fit
- Right out of the box I've had Plenty of issues with the hop up, double firing, BB's just falling out of the barrel. etc...
- the safety selector switch is a bit tough and doesn't click where it feels like it should but you get used to it over time.
- compatibility with Mags is touch and go, doesnt work with most Midcaps and has even worse feeding issues with the OEM highcap mag it comes with.

overall, i do love this gun, it feels great to have a more unique gun on the field and i dont have to be gentle with it. when firing correctly it is fairly accurate but firing correctly only happens 50-60% of the time out of the box. so youll have to invest in hopups etc
