" Ok, I bought this gun strictly for the body to put my polarstar jack in. First issue I had is they advertise it having a 363mm inner barrel, It is actually a 510mm barrel and it is blatantly obvious when you see the gun in person. But since I couldn't see the gun before I purchased it, I went off of Evike's description which was wrong. Also when it arrived it had a loose buffer tube, like falling off. This is not a major issue and easy to fix with a screwdriver, but a person new to the sport with no experience may have difficulty when they buy a gun that's suppose to be assembled properly out of the box.
Now don't let my complaints sway you away from this amazing gun. I have built gearboxes previously for a few years now and this gun is sound. It is honestly worth the 350 bucks. The gearbox has all great parts in it and has a high torque motor and a mosfet. If you wanted to upgrade this gearbox there are very few ways you could, that is how good this gearbox is. I would use a 11.1 in the gun personally because I like to push guns to limit, but if you were to use the recommended 9.6 this gun will still have a descent fire rate and last a while without issues. This is only an opinion off of what I saw when I disassembled the gun. I did test shoot it before putting the jack in and it shot nicely for a stock hop-up and tight bore barrel. You could of course upgrade the barrel to a better barrel and do a few upgrades to the hop-up to make it shoot even better. Oh and the gearbox has a quick change spring which is awesome, you will be able to switch out your springs without having to completely take apart the gearbox.
But overall great quality gun and definitely worth the money, whether you are a new or veteran player.
" Um, it's huge.
Like M16A4 huge.
Assuming the bottom handguard is set up to drop off to make room for a 203?
Great gearbox tho like previous review says, it has 21/1 gear ratio I think, and I have issues with mine but it's not Classic Army's fault.
Yea.. terrible review but great gun, I like it but I haven't fielded it, it's lighter than my ParMk3 but both are easily managed by an adult or anyone with "prior service" lol.
Get one if you see it, maybe it's a unicorn,
