Classic Army Full Metal M4 Airsoft AEG Rifle with 13" KeyMod Handguard (Color: Black)

"My buddy and I both purchased this rifle, so my review here is based of his and my experience with the rifle. Having two samples side by side has definitely made it easy to inform the consumer.

Pros:
+ Solid construction (one exception, read below)
+ Decent stock FPS, came in at 404FPS.
+ Accurate keymod rail, will take standard keymod accessories without issue.
+ "Quick Spring Change" Gearbox does make it easier to upgrade/downgrade FPS based on field requirements

Cons:
- Magazine well is extremely tight. This is because of mold lines inside of the magazine well, and the design of the receiver. Having issues feeding some brands of polymer magazines, specifically KWA K120s. A little filing inside the magwell corrected this.
- Ambidextrous selector is a little sloppy on the right side.
Annoying to reassemble due to the design of the selector switch. Easy to miss align the selector with the plate.

Other mentions:
/ After downgrading to 350FPS for indoor play, a fully charged battery caused double fires on semi-auto. It went away as the battery was discharged, but caused some stink among the refs.

/ Quick change spring system isn't quite what I had thought, still required a complete disassembly of the rifle. I didn't know this prior to purchasing, as I found very little information on Classic Army's representation of the system. Wasn't what I had hoped, but it is a lot faster than the old way of changing springs.

Overall I like the gun, it performs well in a stock configuration. It is exactly what I had expected from Classic Army, and I will continue to buy their products. We will see how well the stock internals take upgrades after I turn mine into a DMR.

Pros:
Full metal
Decent rof with 9.6v
Little to no wobble in anything
Straight shot
Not to heavy but still realistic

Cons:
Dust cover isn't the best and mine doesn't stay up half the time
Mags are a little tight
The flash hider is glued on so it takes a little bit to get it off so it can accept a different flashhider or suppressor

Besides that this gun is very well made and preforms great
