" Well so far so good for the most part. I've been participating in airsoft games for the better part of a decade but never owned my own gun. My brother has been in the hobby longer and figured out G&G was one of the better producers with value between manufacturing and build quality and price with a "Get what you pay for reference to G&G. This gun stated it requires a 9.6v battery but this was not the case, gun would beep 1X per second as "low voltage" with a brand new battery installed meh error in the references or whatever. 9.6v will not go to waste. Tossed in an 11.1v Lipo and I was up and running.
Other players (same for the last ten years) stated "Hey - I don't like your new gun" is there any better praise then that? Gun shot straight, hop-up was responsive as expected and it was faster paced (rpm) than most of the other guns on the field to the point that another was seeking to upgrade motors. Everyone was using the Lipo 11.1v batteries. I was using .28 BB's for the games. Couldn't be happier for a first time purchase.
" Just got this gun to play this summer, before I was using a G&G CM16 SRXL and I fell in love with this gun. The FPS is lacking a bit because of the short barrel but it works great for me at my local field. I put the Acetech Brighter C tracer unit on it and it fits perfect and looks awesome! Only problem I have is when the battery is in the gun I can't push the stock to the smallest locking position but it has no effect on me but if you're smaller and need a shorter stock that might be an issue.
" I have had this gun for almost two years and put thousands of rounds through it. It has performed FLAWLESSLY. The metal construction is well made and is eye catching with the billeted look. My favorite part about the gun has to be the fet unit. It allows for crisp and snappy trigger response and protects the contacts from burning. Overall this is a great gun that is fairly priced. My only gripe about the gun is the ugly flash hider, but this is a simple fix if you know how to remove the pin that secures it to the barrel as per norm for all G&G guns. It shoots just about 1.6 joules which is perfect for the fields I play at. I 100% would recommend this gun to anybody looking for a solid m4 build.
