"Originally bought this to shoehorn into my JG Vz61 AEP, it's just barely too long.. BUT fits inside the lower handguard of the ARES Vz.58 AEG with room to spare, once converted to Mini-Deans..
Measurements of the battery itself: 99mm long x 24mm tall x 23mm wide
Would fit better if the leads were actually longer than the battery, FYI...
Chrono results in a stock Ares Vz.58 with .20:
18+ RPS
420+ FPS

"Fits perfectly in the ASG Scorpion Evo and lasts all day at the field. You need the deans adapter, though.

"It Will fit the EVO very snugly, however, be wary as you will unlikely be able to use the racking handle.

"Excellent battery, I have taken this battery out about 3 times now. I run a CZ Scorpion and one battery will last me about 3000 shots, or an entire day.

"Great battery! I’ve shot with it multiple times and put it through a hard game today. Lasted a while a flings bbs well. Recommend purchase for sure.

"Performs as expected! Fits *perfectly* on my EVO SMG (I can still rack the charging handle with each reload for maximum tacticoolness) - excellent trigger response, ROF, AND it works well in top-wired AK's!

"It does what it is supposed to do

"Ok, I had a really long review on this, but I left my phone and it backed out and I lost it.
In short, yes, it won't let the charging handle come all the way back when in the Evo, and the wires are a little tricky, but it charges fast, lasts a really long time, has a great trigger response, and has a great rof.
If you're looking for a battery for your Evo 3A1, this is a great and affordable option. Really, get it.

"These batteries are great for the evo, have 3 of them. They last all day, not sure what the others said about them not fitting, worked just fine for me. Just can't pull the charging handle back all the way.

"The battery works perfectly fine with the EVO. Its difficult to get in one way, but flip it over and it slides right in the other way. The battery will slide very far into the back of the gun. My charging handle does not go all the way back, but it will go about half way back, enough to expose the hop up, which to me is all that really matters. Bought two of them for a recent 24 hr op, put 3000rds through the gun and didnt even use up one full battery. Excellent build quality, but be careful when re installing the front end onto the gun, because the factory ASG battery wiring is kind of sub par (literally my only gripe with the gun after over 10k rounds through it). Just be sure to tuck the wires in carefully. May take a little extra time, but this battery lasts forever on a single charge, so dont be afraid to spend an extra 5 minutes installing the battery to prolong the life of the gun. 5/5, will buy another if the need arises.

"Scott c.-That is not "false advertising" if it fits it fits. Even if you can't pull back the charging handle. I had no problem with this battery

"i just bought 3 of them to use for my scorpion evo 3a1 and the length does fit but its little too big it is tight in the battery chamber for the evo. when i opened the hop up chamber to adjust my hop up i could not close the hop up cover because the battery is too big so just fyi its better idea to get your hop up adjusted before putting the battery in the battery slot and leave the hop up or else you will not be able to close the hop up cover how ever though it fits perfectly in the buffer tube in my krytac trident spr so going to use them for the krytac and going with valken. asg needs to redesign this battery if they are saying its specifically for the scorpion evo

"I got the stick one 11.1v 900mah. The dimensions are actually 18.3mm width x 12.5mm height. Its a little shorter than a 9.6v nimh stick. I got it for my classic army mp5k and it barely did not fit. You need something _18mm for it to fit in the tiny space. I may just get a peq. Anyways, the 2nd cell is malfunctioning, which I noticed asap when I opened it and put it on charge. I have an expensive Accucell charger and it told me there was a cell error, cannot charge. I checked with those little voltage alarm readers and sure enough, cell 2 is 1.1v and the other 2 are like 3.8v. I will return this for store credit and get a square peq instead.
