"Fairly nice barrel could have used with a little longer time in design however I found how to keep it in place. This barrel relies on 2 set screws vs the clip in and over way with the stock. I set the screws in as hard as I dared it is aluminum after all. After the fourth time of taking it a part to tighten the set screws I matched a drill bit to the size of the super small Allen set screws and I drilled into the HopUp slash bucking housing 1/16 of a inch or so problem solved. Good barrel now

"Amazing for the price and ultra light weight. Only problem is that its actually an APS outer barrel according to the packaging. No big deal though since its an incredibly well built outer.

"Just got mine in when I did a few upgrades to my gun. Installed easily and seems to work fine with the included grub screws. Used some teflon to secure it to my inner barrel for some added support. It's threaded too which was a nice surprise, but I'm unsure of what thread pitch they are.

"This barrel is great for the most part. The main problem I have had is the screws that secure the barrel in place, the issue being that if you tighten them too much they are likely to strip and they gouge into the hop-up unit. With mine, the barrel just wouldn't stay in place (but that's nothing a little E6000 didn't fix). So if you're looking to buy an outer barrel, I'd save your money and buy a higher quality one or just be prepared to replace more than just the barrel down the road.

"This is a decent fixed barrel option. I would recommend using this barrel with the stock plastic slide because the finish will wear off fairly quickly when using a metal slide. This barrrel was a drop in fit with zero modification necessary. The only real con about this outer barrel is that it is secured in place by two tiny scews, and this is just another point of failure. If they were to strip from overtightening or prolonged use the barrel would be rendered useless.
