"I got 2 of these, one black and one tan just to show you how much I love M&P, EMG, and SAI! One of them won't cycle well but I was able to break it in and now it works flawlessly. There is a switch for you to switch to full auto which is an enormous amount of fun!

"Absolutely beautiful gun, gold barrel is flashy and sure to turn heads, m&p style is very ergonomic and the hammerless design is actually pretty nice. But asides from looks this pistol also shoots GREAT. I get about a mag and a half out of the mag with propane. One thing that is very important with me on gas guns is the mags, and boi oh boi are these mags SUPER high quality. $39 may seem like a lot for a mag but WORTH IT. If money isnt an issue, and you want style and reliability, this is the gun for you. Also it comes with three different grips that are super good and super easy to change. The ability to change between semi and full auto was unexpected but became a necessity when i got a triple kill with it last op:) One last thing but very important is that it is easy to disassemble. Just eject the mag, pull back the slide, flip the lever, and push the slide foreword, which is how you get to the hopup ajdusment which is a wheel(thatcan be hard to turn at first but oil it a little) and works great for precise hopup. 10/10 IGN hope this helps (sorry i rambled i just REALLY LOVE THIS GUN)

"I just scooped this thing up. Great sidearm. Smooth trigger action. Very accurate, from the box. Reliable weapon. Simple to field strip and maintaint.. Looks awesome also.. U can fill the mag about 2.5 times before u have to reload with gas/propane. Highly recommended. Looks exactly like the real steel Smith and Wesson m&p.... If your thinking of buying, don't think, just buy it....

"Very very similar to my m&p's look and feel inside and out. only dinky thing i found off first impression was it racking itself makes a cheap latching noise, I believe its do to the weak spring which leads me to another thing. The wobbly spring may be alot of the reason for jamming when trying to release the slide. The drop lever moves fine but when u go to put it back up, u have to push the barrel into the gun sometime wiggling it a little. seems to close fine once i noticed that trick.
the trigger on any real m&p is by far the only cheap piece and is complained about alot, apex tactical makes a really nice replacement and the angel trigger option for this gun is very similar definitely recommend the $25 and free factory install. the gun shoots really nice semi and full, the blowback is super nice and feels very similar to my m&p22 compact no joke.. very happy 10/10 would buy again

"Played with this gun several games now and I'm very happy with it.
I like that its light and feels great in your hand. That you can change the grip is a plus.
The internals are very good and the automatic mode is decent.
No issues with the gun at all.
I do have to say that to put the slide back on after cleaning can be tricky and annoying because for some reason sometimes you can't just lock the little lever on the side and turn it back to its lock position. You have to play around a bit and sometimes it just works fine.
Overall the gun is very good and I can recommend it to everyone.
It catches the eyes of other players as well. Very good looking gun. Doesn't help you in the game though. :-)

"Ive had this gun for about 2 years now and till this day it is functioning quite well. This gun has a full metal slide but polymer lower. The gun is not very accurate for me but it could just be an issue for me. A cool feature about this gun is that it can go Full Auto which is pretty cool. This gun has some kick to it and has that realistic feel. The gun comes which a unique serial number which is cool but doesnt stay in place.
Pros:
-Lightweight
-Good kick
-Changeable pads on lower
-Serial number
-Full auto
Cons:
None that i can think of.
Players note:
Hard to find a fabric dropleg that fits

"I bought this pistol 2 weeks ago and have never been more impressed. I chose the black/titanium nitride finish and have shot the gun probably about 1000 times already with no issue. However, you must MUST MUST CLEAN THIS GUN BEFORE YOU SHOOT IT OUT OF THE BOX. The factory "lubricant" that comes with the gun might as well be dried orange soda. (When I first test fired it out of the box, the slide locked up due to terrible factory lubrication)
Once it was cleaned (WITH DUPONT TEFLON LUBE NOT SILICONE OIL) it performed perfectly. In my opinion, it is one of the best looking GBB pistols on the market. I customized mine with a Viridian C5L laser/flashlight and a PPQ 45rd extended mag. My Angel Custom Disruptor fits on the adapter that comes with the cybergun suppressor that you can buy for this gun. It looks so mean and it is dead accurate especially with the laser on for faster target aquisition. Its amazing... hands down the best pistol I have ever bought.
Remember airsofters, Silicone oil is a joke. Use O-Ring safe Teflon lubricant for the BEST results in any GBBR/GBBP and watch my video about this in the facebook comments.

"I think the gun looks great and works well. I got a couple of problems when I started to use it, first the mag leaked after taking out the spacer but I'm pretty sure that is because of my limited knowledge with green gas pistols but its fixed now, second the mag locks back after every couple of shots but other than those two things, its great.

"Excellent pistol, but needs a little work out of the box.
The first thing you need to do is remove ALL of the factory lubricant off the gun ASAP! The stuff that is on there is some kind of gear box grease that leads to all kinds of jams and issues. Once it's cleaned out and properly lubricated, it functions like a dream. The trigger on the gun is pretty garbage, it feels like it will snap off because of how they designed the two stage trigger on it, so I would also recommend getting the Angel Custom trigger for it. The barrel also kind of sucks, but if you don't need it to be a nail driver beyond 25, then it's perfect out of the box. Last but not least are the subpar sights. Get a cheap set of real steel ones for this if you really need the accuracy.
There may not be that many after market parts for it, but there are a couple that will genuinely change the way it looks. I would personally never recommend to get the threaded adapter and suppressor, you can actually make get a rail mounted glock compensator with threads to fit on the M&P 9 with next to no issues. A slight bit of dremel work, but that's about it. If you are looking for serious after market support, look elsewhere. This is already pretty custom as it stands, so there really aren't many mods to be done to it.
Overall it's an excellent showpiece and functions perfectly as a sidearm. If you are looking for the ultimate pistol for pistol nights, this may not be it, but it is perfect at supplementing your primary.

"Ok soo BIG NEWS
First i found a way to make gas more affordable
Second I found a way to get it out of the box Ready
The answer:... CO2 MAGS
yes there is a co2 version for this but they are not for it
i figured this out because the extra mag works for other guns that have worked with the co2 Mag\
YOU WILL SOMETIMES GET SPLIT BBS COMING OUT OF THE BARREL (easily frix by unloading and cocking back)
Soo Far using it i have not had any problems with the slide coming back.
Pros
metal slide
15 rd mag (CO2)
Looks sexy
threaded
Comfortable
cons
Expencive
CO2 mag is $40
jams if you use gas mag(idk how to clean the gun and did not want to break it)
Here is the address for the co2 mag: http://www.evike.com/products/64099/

"Received my EMG SAI M&P 9 a bit over a week ago and have put a little over 300 .25 bb's through it. There were no issues with the pistol during this period. Made a slight adjustment in hop-up and everything went smoothly.
The pistol is not a power house in the velocity area, around 270-280 fps. Range was good and I was hitting targets out to 90 feet with regularity. BB's that missed were still headed out to the woods. Will see how it does with .20's later. Number of shots per gas fill was adequate and will probably do better when I get a hold of some new full cans of green gas.
Nice groupings at 50 feet and at 90 feet my usual plastic gallon milk container registered hits consistently. Sights are good but the fiber optics are minimal in effectiveness (I am not a fan of fiber optics anyway). I'd be happy with white dots or even tritium inserts.
After a couple of magazines worth the shooting, the trigger became even better. Not too light and has a nice crisp let off. Reset is very good.
Fit and finish arequite good. The barrel does show wear relatively quickly but the barrel is a very flat black paint (not anodized and that should be corrected) and wear is to be expected. The slide and the frame are well done and the trades are excellent. Slide to frame is ok with very little rattle.
Changeable backstrap option is well done and effective (I use the large) and the pistol is comfortable to hold. Magazine release is very positive and magazine drops freely.
Overall, I like this pistol a lot and I put it right in the same area as the VFC PPQ which I have done a few reviews on.
My only complaint is that I was going to order another one but they have already sold out. Figures.
