AW Custom Micro Dot HX Sight Mount for Hi-Capa Series Airsoft Pistols

"Works PERFECT for the guns this listing CLEARLY states its for! It is not meant for red dots with an RMR/TRIJICON footprint!!!!!!!!!!! Any red dot with an RMR/Trijicon footprint WILL NOT fit on this!!!!!! This base plate is made to fit Fastfire/Venom/Docter footprint styled red dots. I run AT3 red dots with this plate and they fit PERFECT!!!!

Of course it's not going to work on a T.M. Pistol.
Read the direction people.

By the way, it fits just fine on my WE-Tech, and my buddy's AW Custom.

"Well, if the other reviews weren't enough, don't buy this for a TM. I thought maybe I could get fancy with the fitment. There is no way to fit this to a TM, les you have a cnc machine or 3d printer, in which case you might be able to make an adapted play that could fit into the rear sight dovetail into which this would go. Even then, the holes are NOT lined up for an RMR. I have no clue what red dot would mount on this.

"Is not compatible with AW Custom HX24 "Wind Velocity". However ten minutes with a Dermel and I MADE it compatible. Little bit wobbly, but fine for airsoft.

Was not a perfect fit for WeTech HiSpeed 5.1 - required extensive dremmel work.
Overall, solid construction.
Not sure what the metal dowel is for in the parts provided.
3 stars because it wasn't drop-in with my WeTech and is not compatible with RMR (which is an industry standard imo).
Side note, it might work with ADE red dots based on pictures of hole alignment.

"After studying it for quite a while, I came to conclusion that it is not built for TM Standard Hi-Capa 5.1. Originally the rear sight is stuck to the empty space of the slide, then the rest of the space will be taken by the muzzle mount to prevent it from coming off, lastly the adjustable bolt on the rear sight will go through it and reaches muzzle mount's hole, not screwing into it but simply stays in it.
For this mount, the mount does not fit into the space of the slide in the first place, the matching part is way to shallow and narrow, simply compare it to the SILVERBACK and stock rear sight you will notice the differences. Also don't bother to try to use bolt or screws to fix it to the muzzle mount because as I said above the screw (or bolt) is never screwed onto the muzzle mount. Besides, the hole on the mount is too narrow for the bolt to go in.
BTW the rod and 2 screws come with it doesn't make any sense, they ate not in any helping way whatsoever, I have asked some gunsmiths and all of them agree that the rod and screws are useless.
