"Finally got this gun in the mail on Tuesday the 12th of February, 2019 after placing an order for it last week. When I tested the magazine that came with it, I seriously had my doubts that my gun would be able to accept any of my other magazines. When I tested it yesterday, I was pleasantly proven wrong because it took each and every single one of my magazines. The carry handle that came with it is now paired with my Cybergun Colt-licensed M4A1 CQBR, and I’ve set up my genuine Magpul MBUIS and Valken ACOG red dot on my M16A3. I eventually plan to mock my M16A3 up as a Colt Canada C7A1, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. In semiautomatic firing mode, it is VERY accurate using .20g ammunition, and that also helps if I’m running either a drum mag or an 850-round fat mag in a light support weapon configuration which requires automatic fire. It’s a very lightweight gun due to its polymer construction, but metal has been used for the outer barrel, magazine, gearbox, and sling mounts. The fixed buttstock is very spacious and can easily hold a 9.6v LiPo battery of any configuration. The pistol grip that houses the motor is VERY sturdy, but when utilizing sustained automatic fire, the motor does tend to get a little warm to the touch at times. The handguard is like something you’d find on the real steel version that this replica is based on, and you can easily mount a Picatinny rail on either the top or the bottom if you wanna go for either a DMR look or the route of the Colt Canada C7A1 like I plan to do in the future. The handguard does tend to wiggle a little bit, but I’m sure that can be easily solved with some zip ties or electrical/duct tape if you so desire. All-in-all, great gun for the price; stellar performance right outta the box; and a great base weapon for a C7A1 or DMR build. I highly recommend this gun, and I’m sure I’ll utilize it frequently during airsoft events for years to come. To those of you who took the time to read this review, thank you very much for doing so, and I hope I provided some insight and advice for anyone considering buying this rifle. Till my next purchase, in the words of the late Gunnery Sergeant R. Lee Ermey, “Keep your powder dry and your eye on the target. Carry on.”
