"I didn't buy the gun here, but I would still like to give a review for this good piece!
Absolutely awesome assault rifle. The processing is really unparalleled, the real wood which is original laminated wood looks wonderful, beautiful and is very stable. The case is 1mm thick like the original and the partina that was applied has been applied very evenly and the whole thing looks great and is very valuable. The steel, I can confirm, is a lot more stable than E&L, LCT has given a statement on this.
If you are looking for a good and beautifully finished AK, you are in good hands with the AK-74N from LCT.
One of my absolute Favorit assault rilfles!

"I absolutely love mine. To be fair I have made a couple upgrades to it.
I now have a 6.01 LCT tightbore, a maple leaf bucking and a gate aster mosfet
Pros:
RANGE, the bb disappears overt he horizon when I use .32's and it fires around 315, so I could really use .36's if I really wanted to.
Unlike most AK's, the fire selector feels solid. It takes a bit of force to move it but I would rather have that than one that just flops like a wet fish like some fire selectors do.
The trigger is solid and just works. simple as that.
Cons:
It is a bit heavy compared to most AK's, I'm not sure why. Keep this in mind when you try to put optics onto it.
Overall, I will admit the upgrades have enhanced the weapon, but it you're willing to pay the extra for a mosfet and a tightbore, you have a gun you can use for assault and as a solid DMR

"Good Lord is this gun sweet! Not only does it look good but it shoots really good for a stock gun. The hopunit is kinda trash as most LCT's are but it still hopped .32s no problem, just fell out of adjustment really easy. It looks just like the real thing and feels like it too. The wood finish is beautiful as is the metal is finish. I higly recomend buying this gun, especially if you catch it on the epic deals page like I did for $337!
Pros: Super realistic and heavy
Shoots well and has a respectable ROF
Battery stores in the stock, good space
Cons: Hop unit need to be upgraded
Did not come with metal flash hider
Mag well spacer sold separately

"This thing is Mint, just needs an upgraded gearbox and it'll do whatever you want it to.

"Played my first airsoft game with this ak and it’s trigger response and rof with a 9.6 nimh was decent as well as its stock hop up range, although I would sometimes get double feeds, but that maybe could’ve been due to the high spring tension of the unused midcap. the gun itself feels very hefty and solid, nothing wobbles and its weight isn’t so much it’s unbearable, although your arms will be sore after running around with it for several 45 min games. i also ended up upgrading the gearbox and hop up (not going to get into parts list due to length) but long story short it’s pretty much compatible with many different brands of upgrade parts which is amazing for me as a beginner tech plus the rifle itself is quite easy to reassemble because there are only a few parts that need to be screwed together. All in all great buy if you love aks and want to build a project gun.

"great gun, keep in mind it shoots really hot even for my outdoor field. so if your looking to indoor get a really weak spring in advance.

"Good gun overall. I haven't had an opportunity to take it to a field yet but the build quality is amazing, just some minor tightening of things because it shipped with some wobble from the wood parts, I was pleasantly surprised when I took it apart and found a quick change spring gear box because it does shoot a little hot for my field at an average of 415.
Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice looking AK

"Pros:
1.rock solid build quality
2.plenty of battery space in the stock
3.high quality internals/ no need to upgrade out of the box
4.no mag wobble and feeds perfect
5.6.02 tightbore, ballbearing spring guide, poly piston with fell metal teeth, metal ported piston head, full cylinder, metal cylinder head, poly nozzle with o-ring, 18.1 steel gears
6.quick spring change
7.echo1/cyma mags fit and feed with very minimal modifying
8.mid cap included
Cons:
1.pistol grip looks and feel cheap/ cyma ak grips feel and look nicer
2.harder to adjust the hopup compared to a cyma due to the lip not being on the hopup arm
3.need a flat head screwdriver to open the battery compartment
Recommendation:
1.replace the generic stock bucking with a maple leaf macaron bucking
2.replace the stock motor with a high torque motor/ the rest of the internals are perfect stock
3.AOR correct
4.reshim
5.relube
6.check compression
7.clean inner barrel
8.replace wiring / deans and a mosfet

"I’ve had this gun for a while now, and have had a chance to use it in a few games. At first, it did not shoot accurately, but after putting a few mags through it, I guess the shipping oil got spat out, and now it shoots 200 feet pretty F’n accurately. For a company with a reputation for “meh” internals, I have to say that I see no real reason to upgrade it until something shoots craps, at which point I’ll drop a complete Lonex gear box in there for $150.
The externals are very realistic, and looks and feels just like a real AK. That is to say, it’s as heavy as a real gun. It’s also got a full-size barrel, so whipping it around is a bit slower than one that is shorter and lighter.
The external metal is all steel, which is a real plus if you want to weather and/or rust it. I got it for an apocalyptic game, and after hitting it with some sandpaper, knife, rasp, etc., it’s starting to look like it’s been through some rough times.
Overall, I’m very pleased and am looking at shorter AKs from this company.

"Out of the box, I have to say that the externals are top-notch. With the exception of the orange tip, this looks and feels like a real AK. I also appreciate that it comes with a side-rail already installed.
Unfortunately, I've yet to shoot it, but will post an update after March 7.
That said, this is *very* solidly built. I'd have no qualms about using this as I would any military rifle. I'd use it to stop my fall/help push myself up, and I'm sure it'd even stand up to bayonet drills.
Unfortunately, LCT's reputation for externals outshines their reputation for internals. On advice of a tech friend of mine, I'll be upgrading this with a motor, piston, cylinder head, air nozzle and mosfet for durability; but that's not uncommon with most guns.

"Easily the best airsoft gun I have ever held my ONLY gripe is that it came with a different flash hider then the AK74 styles one (it came with a krinkov styled one) but other then that I am beyond happy with this gun and everyone I have showed has been blown away with it.

"I got my LCT AK74M NV about a week ago and from what I received I must say that it’s an excellent AEG out of the box. The look and feel of the AK is amazing in part do to the almost all steel and wooden construction used by LCT. I so far haven’t been able to field the AEG do to the torrential downpours that have been plaguing the North East this time of year. But I have been able to shoot in my backyard; out to about 200ft comfortably with HPA .32g BBs, this is just my personal preference in BB weight but I would recommend a heavier weight BB like the .28g BB do to the AEG being new. I hope you have found my review helpful and informative. But for those who just want see my Pros and Cons here they are.
Pros:
Externals and Internals are both excellent and what you would expect from LCT.
The weight of the AEG is perfect for me but it maybe a con for weaker non Slavic players.
Is an excellent starter gun for those players looking to start a Russian kit or any Slavic kit.
The price is excellent and very affordable for a high end AEG AK74M.
Lastly the FPS is perfect for the player who prefers outdoor play versus indoor fields.
Cons:
I only have one and it’s that the stock is ever so slightly off center and to the left if looking down the sights but I end up not even noticing it because I’m ambidextrous.
If you’re on the fence just buy it you won’t regret it if you’re a true AK lover like me.

"I bought this gun expecting lots and somehow this gun exceeded my expectations. I expected a gun tough enough to beat someone with (it is) but with decent internals. Not only is it rock solid but it's performance is extraordinary.
PROS:
Tough, won't ever break on you
Wood finish is perfect
Shoots straight and can reach out
Overall performance is good
CONS
The plum grip is made of a creaky plastic but it shouldn't break.
You don't have it
I got tired of the pot metal i was getting with other AK's and decided to up the price. What i got exceeded my expectations and hopefully will exceed yours. Buy this.
