"Super happy with this package. I was also happy to see that the short barrel shot around 350 FPS and the long barrel was at 400 FPS. So in other words this is two guns in one.

"If your someone that wants a rifle and a pdw but don’t have to wanna buy two different guns then this is the package for you. Your definitely getting a lot of bang for your buck with this package. Switching out the receivers are easy peasy and it’s great to switch platforms so you won’t get bored with this AEG. I highly recommend. You won’t really need to buy another AEG once you get this one and some batteries.

"don’t get me wrong there are a lot of terrible airsoft guns out there but the crytac Trident is not among them within an hour of unboxing I put over 1000 rounds through it with zero problems it got to the point where I was actually looking for problems but could not find a single one and yes if you’re wondering it does come with a shorter barrel for CQB situations. for the price you absolutely cannot beat this gun no jamming no breakage no issue thank you crytac I’m very impressed

"Great aeg package. My best airsoft purchase to date with no regrets. Just wish I could purchase the crb upper to have the extra option

"WORTH IT! If I could do it all again, I'd buy this setup FOR SURE! My SPR came in at 409fps with .20 bbs and PDW at 333fps with .20 bbs. You switch the upper receivers out by unscrewing the front pin and pushing it out, then sliding the upper receiver forward. MAKE SURE YOUR DUST COVER IS OPEN. It will pop the dust cover lock off. My local shop owner broke one of theirs by not opening that first.
Krytac makes quality products. This setup is out lasting my teams other brands of weapons. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AIRSOFT GUN.

"Great aeg Rifle, 420 fps and 20 bbs x sec out of the box with .20 bbs and 11.1v. I just put an m150 matrix spring and a angel custom with rhop umbrella barrel (510mm), a flat bucking Modify baton and an angel custom hive supressor. I tested with .40 bbs and the range increase, straight shoots. Great quality in Krytac products, i recomended it.

"Krytac makes a great gun especially internally! Stock this gun shoots great and is super crisp the gears are also amazing quality and tough! The only problem I have had so far is that the two reciever screws rusted a little and the sling mount but that is only my fault and the side effect of having metal. Just make sure to keep the metal parts dry and oiled when not in use, and also my piston did not come with a complete seal but is a super easy fix. Other than that the gun is a dream I would recommend to both old and new players especially with a miracle barrel this is a dream gun!!!

"Krytac's guns are all nothing short of amazing out of the box. The rate of fire on this gun is crazy for a stock gun (only running a 9.6v nunchuck). The FPS on this is also great out of the box, at approximately 380-390 FPS (recommend nothing less than 0.28s). The entire gun is SOLID, which also brings me to its one flaw- it is very picky when it comes to magazines. It will not take Elite Force or G&P magazines, but does fit ARES Amoeba magazines. The Amoeba magazines have a lot of wobble and are cheaply made, so you do have to be careful with them. I have heard that KWA magazines are also compatible, but have yet to test this myself.
Pros:
Amazing Rate of Fire
380-390 FPS
Included MOSFET
SOLID Metal Body
Adjustable Crane Stock
Removable Front and Rear Iron Sights
Looks GREAT
Cons:
Doesn't accept popular magazines
The price tag might turn some people off, GET ANYWAY
Keymod rail segments required for non-sight attachments
Overall, this gun is great, and definitely worth picking up. You get what you pay for, that's for sure. Beautiful gun.

"I love this gun. Period. The only bad part I can find is the flash hider is pretty crap, and the screws strip VERY easy

"Update to my last review;
The Krytac is still operating very well and have only experienced one problem. On one day of modest usage, the AEG would stop firing intermittently or all together. Not sure if it had anything to do with the MOSFET or not, but after I "rested" the gun for awhile, it began firing normally. In addition, I upgraded the spring to a Matrix M130. Although you have some minor disassembly of this AEG to get to the gearbox, it's not complicated and the "quick spring change" feature is as advertised. Now this Krytac shoots around 420 to 460+ FPS. Amazing. It's powerful, lightweight and well built. Great job Krytac!

"Krytac! My new favorite AEG. The reviews are accurate and this AEG is amazing, right out of the box. I have chrono'd it at an average of 390 to 405 consistently. I did not know much about Krytac, but I took a chance and I am glad that I did. I won't bore you all by explaining my past experiences with many other AEG brands, but instead, I'll just say that Krytac has been the first to really impress me right out of the box. Although I am used to much heavier air soft guns, I may have been mislead. I was always under the impression that "heavy" meant good quality. You know, "Is it heavy, yes, then put it down cause it is expensive". Well, this AEG only weighs about 5 lbs, but don't let that fool you. In fact, for many players, that is a good thing. This is a light weapon but has the power and agility to make it one of the best I've experienced.
The only issue that I have had (and it was a big issue) was with the magazine. It would absolutely not feed unless you held it in place by hand. For a $350.00+AEG, I would not have expected this issue. I did not see anything online that explained the issue, nor did I see where anyone else was experiencing the same issue. So, maybe I was the exception. In any case, I took a 1/2" by 2" piece of industrial Velcro (the soft side) and placed it on the right of the magazine. This provided a much tighter fit and hence a much greater ability for the magazine to properly feed the hop-up. Once I adhered the soft Velcro, the magazine feed flawlessly.
I have also added a 11.1 Lipo battery and I must say that it is amazing. Make sure you keep your gears properly lubricated and your barrel clean.
In conclusion, I will say that I am a new Krytac fan. You really get what you pay for in this example and I really do recommend this AEG.
Best of luck!!!

"I have used this rifle for 10 games now. I am going to start off by saying this rifle is one of the best stock AEGs on the market. The rps is about 24 rounds per second on a 11.1 lips, and the trigger response is awesome, almost instant. The range and accuracy are amazing, the rotary hop up, and shark teeth bucking work amazing together, I measured a man size scare crow 190 feet away with the hop up set so the bb goes slightly up towards the end, but not a ton, (which is what is recommended) and I could hit it 6/10 shots, which is amazing, I was using Eliteforce .28s. I out range most other players, and have had no problems with this gun. The externals are awesome, the metal is very durable but also light. It has no wiggle expect for the stock and magazine. The internals are very solid, and are still working fine from 10 games on a 11.1. I love the working bolt and charging handle, helps adjusting hop up.
Pros
MOSFET-great trigger response
High torque motor-great trigger response
Rotary hop up- great range
Shark teeth bucking- great range
High rps-24
Aluminum body- light/durable
Working charging handle
Cons
Wobbly stock
Wobbly mag
Really picky with mags (Eliteforce mid caps don't work)

"I have owned a few AEGs before JG AK47, JG G3, A&K MK46.
But this is the best gun i have ever owned or seen.
It's light, slim, very easy for anyone to use.
The gearbox is amazing, sharp and accurate.
I would recommend a 6.01 tight bore barrel though.
Pros:
Accurate
Reliable
Sharp on target
Light trigger pull
Very easy to use
Very real life like
Cons:
It does not fit G&P mags
The stock is not big enough for a 7.4 lipo stick/brick
But that aside this is the best Airsoft gun ever
KRYTAC!

"Let me first say this gun feels soo nice in the hands.. I mean you have to hold it to understand. It feels like a solid piece of aluminum not an airsoft replica.
The sound of this gun is Much different then most of the aeg market. You can tell this box was built with care and from a tech that knows how to shim and set up a box. Very tite sounding and snappy response almost instant even on a 7.4v lipo.
Tests on 7.4V lipo (.25) with Xcortech were 14/15rps with 365 370fps Very consistent for a brand new gun out of the box.
Over all I think honestly KWA and VFC have some catching up to do. Krytac has sort of gone on the smart path and the quality of this gun is far beyond the Low yes LOW cost of 345.00. If this gun was 450 It would Still be a great value.
Only ONE con....You dont HAVE IT!!!

"I just purchased my Krytac Trident spr from evike, holy smokes this thing rocks. Full Metal beast. I will say though that after plinking around, was a little disappointed in the shot grouping and range. I prefer single shot dmrs and was hoping that would be what I could use this gun for. I still highly recommend it because for the price you can't get anything better. Upgrades, I am personally going to get a m130 spring and a tight bore (6.04mm) 510mm length barrel, with a mock suppressor to cover the length. I'm hoping to jump the fps to ~450+ and increase the range. I rarely use full auto, but this things shoots crazy fast with an 11.1 lipo, I'm talking 25 bbs per second. Blew me away. No wobble in the barrel or upper, the stock is tight, I'm thoroughly in love with my new bae. Also did highlight the insignia to red, pretty cool touch up.
