"Used this receiver when switching out my M249 Receiver from a plastic one to a metal one with this being the latter. Pros and Cons, they're both basically the same gun so I really ran into no problems switching out the parts. Though I would recommend if your replacing a M249 Receiver to buy the actual receiver for the M249 instead of the Mk46 and if your switching out from the Mk46 then you will be fine. All in all feels solid and no bent metal parts.
