"To anyone looking for Rail Sections!! DO NOT USE "MADBULL" RAILS!! They dont fit properly, the spacing on the holes are slightly off from the "Madbull TRX" handguards, Buy the rails directly from Troy Industries, they have rails, and rubber squidgrips that are pretty cool and they will fit, my M7 is getting a set as soon as possible. Also this is a great AEG worth every penny, just need more TRX spec handguard accessories..

"This gun is great I just played with it at the field at the time of this review. The gun shoots great the range is incredible and if you do use the stock battery the gun shoots under 400 fps. The only cons i have had while playing with this gun is the weight. If you do not have a sling this will kill your arms. The other con is minor but if you like fast reloads the mags need to be slammed into the gun. Over all I would recommend this gun to anyone.

"Its a very great gun for beginner airsoftet like me. It has a great fire rate with excellent range. It is a little heavy but besides that the gun is excellent. (I recommend .25 gram bb's.)

"The guns overall handling and feel is indeed extremely comfortable. I thought because the stock looked so big in the photos it would be bulky and rear heavy but this was not the case at all. The for-end is thin enough to get a sturdy grip and the traction is more than enough. The guns pistol grip is also very accommodating even for someone with larger size hands like myself. The stock has a nice feel in the shoulder and the cheek weld is better than most. The sights are just as good giving a good target view. Adjusting the sights with the given tool is also a breeze. Internally the gun sounds good and easily took an 11.1 lipo without any problems. As far as the cylindar and piston goes this gun shoots more consistent than any gun that my friends and I have seen. Mine clocks in at about 403 fps + or - about 2 fps between shots. The 6.01 tight bore barrel that it comes with is very accurate and along with a little hop up adjustments and .25 bbs I have yet to run into range and accuracy problems.

Ok so that was the good now here is what I had problems with initially. The main flaw I have found (and the biggest) was that when applying torque to the for-end the trx rail would rotate about 2-3mm back and forth. While this would be a big issue I do not see it as such because of the small amount that it moves and either way I intend to put an rds on the gun so it wont affect accuracy once the rds is installed. Another small thing that occurred in my gun was that the nub in the hop up became dislodged and made the hop go nuts. This too was not a big deal as it was an easy fix. The final thing is not really a flaw but more of a recommendation/complaint. While the gun does come with a battery (which is great!) the battery is an 8.4v NimH which is extremely sluggish so I recommend acquiring a 7.4v or 11.1v lipo for a greatly increased rate of fire.\

In my opinion this gun is a tremendous value and should be considered by everyone when wanting to purchase an aeg. Would recommend!

"I purchased this gun when it first came out, and overall this gun has had solid performance especially for the price. This gun isn't excactly made for beginners, however it functions as one because it is easy to adjust and take apart. This gun has many things going for it, like the extended trigger guard, extended mag release, coiled battery cable, tactical rail system, enhanced pistol grip, and iron sights. This gun also has quite a few things that I absolutely hate, like the stock. You should basically replace the stock to a regular crane stock because the included stock easily accidentally collapses, is hard to take off, and is very short. The battery storage is also horrible. A couple other bad things include the proprietary rail system and the hard to remove orange tip. The 363mm 3.01 brass inner barrel and the one-piece hop up with madbull bucking work very well together. I can consistantly hit a man-sized target from around 150 feet. The last thing is the motor. The motor should be replaced almost immediately, because the stock motor is sub-par in order to reduce the rifle's price. The manufacturers themselves said this. In conclusion, the rifle is worth the money, and you should totally get it, along with a replacement stock and motor.

Pros:
Extended mag release
6.01 diameter 363mm brass inner barrel
The battery connector is coiled, making it easy to store batteries
Solid real steel iron sights
Comfortable enhanced pistol grip

Neutrals:
No fake bolt
Motor is sub-par
Iron sights are hard to flip up and down
Fps gets to around 410 (elite force .2 gram BBS), but this can break the rules of fields with 400fps limits

Cons:
Extended mag release is very hard to press unless you're pressing on the actual mag release
Rail system segments are proprietary, expensive, and hard to find
Orange tip is very hard to get off

"I purchased the 10" and 7" versions of this rifle. Out of the box you can tell these are very high quality materials and very well made. They have a great feel to them. I snagged these on sale for $175, but even at $220 they are an awesome deal. If you were to price this rifle out by each component there are well over $300 in parts. The accuracy out the box is awesome and surprisingly the hopup stays zeroed after even 1000s of shots. I haven't have to adjust since I zeroed mine.

Only real problem is they shoot hot out of the box. My field limits M4s at 400fps and even after 5000ish rounds both are shooting 415-420 with .20g BBs. You'll need to swap the springs out to a 110 or 113.

Pros:
Very well built
High quality parts
Very accurate
Good RoF with a 11.1v lipo
Incredible range

Cons:
Shoots hot out of the box. You'll need a 110 or a 113 spring
Odd battery type (uses the brick PEQ box types)
Stock battery is pure trash

"This gun is definitely worth the price. When I used this I easily got kills. The range is great for a cheaper m4, and the fire rate is also good.
Pros:
Good price
Has great range
Good fire rate
Looks awesome

Cons:
I just don't really know we're to get keymods or rails for this gun

"Amazing gun, love the feels and is very steady. Shoots consistent with .25g BBs. Full Metal body and rail, the weight is amazing for being Full Metal. For being $220 no price can beat this gun with the realistic feel and everything about it is just amazing

"I have used this rifle for over two years and have only recently upgraded the motor and altered the gear ratio and I've gotten the gun up to 45 rps.

"To start off, this gun is surprisingly good out of the box in both th performance and the looks department. However, the durability of some of the stock parts just isn't the greatest. I had one incident where I hit the end of the gun pretty hard against a wall during a game, and ended up bending the outer barrel and somehow screwing up the hopup bucking. Soon after I bought a 16" silver outer barrel (looks incredible), a madbull tight bore to match, and a madbull ultimate hop. Now the gun is absolutely flawless, and according to my team, a "laser." So ultimately this gun comes out of the box great, and with a few upgrades can become an absolute monster.

Pros:
Good out of the box
Nice weight
Comfortable
Accepts Troy squid grips (must buy if you have this gun)
Easy to upgrade and work on
Fully outfitted with Troy hardware and trademarks
Consistent
Accurate

Cons:
Some parts have durability issues (outer barrel, hopup, body pins)
Rate of fire is pretty slow, I'd recommend a 9.6 or 11.1v lipo

"Feels good. Sturdy metal and the ris is very nice. I'm a fan of a foregrip but with this trx rail my hand is comfortable. Defiantly buying a new bucking and hop up. Shoot very far but not very consitent. I'm using .20 but I think that is the reason. I'm going to use a heavier bb and I'm sure ithat will be much better. All around a solid gun I would recommend I to everybody at all levels

"The gun comes out of the box ready to go but it isn’t without some drawbacks all the bolts on the gun are half Allen head and half torx bolts with half the bolt heads height being shared between the two with torx on bottom and Allen on top. This makes it extremely easy and all too common to strip bolts rendering rendering them stuck and requiring drilling to get out. This is the same for the body pin bolts and the small bolts holding the mag release. The battleAxe stock doesn’t come with great routing for the battery cables and you will often find yourself having to pinch the wires to make door close. The handguard section surrounding the outer rail is very comfortable but does not allow for the addition of side mounted and under rail mounted accessories. It requires a TRX adapter which are almost always sold out. I do appreciate however that the gearbox is gears are made of steel and that the gun is ready to except 11.1 LIPO of batteries out of the box. Overall a great gun when you put in the effort upgrade it
