"A must have for any AA-12 owner. The standard mag just won't cut it.

"If you have a Tokyo Marui AA12, the is the best accessory to get for it, you only have to reload after a few games. However, it does add a bit more weight to the AA12 therefore, you can get tired quicker while playing.

"This will be short and sweet.
I got three of these drum mags though a trade with my AA-12, and the work flawlessly. I played for about 5 hours of cqb today, playing an aggressive support role, and I was almost constantly laying down covering fire, yet not once did I have to refill the mag, and I had only filled it about 3/4 in the first place. At one point, I accidentally dropped the drum mag from ~4 feet, but the only damage was a very small scratch where it first hit the ground, and the clear plastic cover popped off, which was easy and quick to put back on. It also lasts a long time on AA batteries.
Honestly, I would recommend this 10/10

"This is a must get if you have the AA12. A ton of ammo and no reloading! Works great no issues here.

"Hi.
I finally had the opportunity to use my drum mag last weekend. It is very sturdy and beautifully made especially with the dummy rounds on the back which is also the cover for the battery compartment. It uses 4 AAA BATTERIES. The motor on this thing is extremely fast! It holds around 3,000 BB's which unfortunately makes the total gun weight even that much heavier. One push of the button to wind the mag will give you around 70 shots give or take. There's the ocassional misfeed from time to time but I suggest to just keeping it wound when possible. My battery lasted during the duration of the 3,000 rounds and I believe would easily last another 3,000. It also came with the clever "mag retainer" that you simply screw at the bottom of the mag rail WITHOUT any modifications to the gun itself. The fit is perfect, no wobbles whatsoever.
Overall, a must buy if you're planning on getting the AA12!

"Build quality is nice but this magazine is somewhat unreliable, and you have to constantly wind it. a full wind doesn't provide as many shots as you'd expect. you'd get better reliability from the mid-caps. although at a reduced capacity.

"So this thing sound like a vacuum cleaner. And is a great tool for letting your teammates and the opposition you're winding your mag.
In terms of looks, it's really cool.
In terms of performance, a bit so-so.
It misfeeds pretty frequently and I have to perform a little ritual to get it to shoot.
I Wind, tap it near the bottom twice, and give the gun a shake, then I full auto the floor to see if it shoots.
if it does, YAY, pop out of cover and unleash BB's on the enemy.
No? Perform ritual again until Gun shoots.
