"I generally like bearing spring guides. I can't say I noticed a huge jump in FPS consistency or anything, but it's a small thing for general gearbox longevity. Worthwhile upgrade.

"I don't notice a difference, but I bet my spring does. This bb spring guide is a total no brainer must have for the spring. My stock spring guide tabs broke off in the spring well causing my gun to lock up. I took it out and found the piece inside it.

"My gun came with a metal guide, so maybe this isn’t necessary. It seems to make my gun shoot a bit hot, which can be a challenge when trying to pass chrono. Not sure if the bearing makes a difference or not. The Scorpion Evo shoots well out of the box.
