"Bought these as a way to carry SR25 mags. The fit is excellent and I have no fears of the mags slipping out. Amazingly enough, these pouches grip well enough to hold a fully loaded metal SR25 (G&G G2) magazine in place, inverted. Currently testing a loadout using three of these in an inverted orientation for my M4 mags.

The only downside of these is the extra-wide stance. they basically take up 2.5 rows of MOLLE each, so it's impossible to place them side by side without skipping a row of MOLLE. But that's the nature of the beast with these.

I'd love to see a model of these that retained 90% of the design, but were built for 2 rows of MOLLE and intended for 5.56 type mags. Sacrificing the capability to carry the 7.62x51 type mags for the retention, ease of reinsertion, and versatility of these pouches would be a great tradeoff.

These even fit my Thompson, UMP, and MP5 magazines. It looks a little funky with a stick magazine... but hey it works!
