"Ive had this gun for years now and its been through quite a bit, still outperforms an SAI out of the box, quite accurate to its real steel counterpart. 10/10 will buy again if mine ever kicks the bucket

"What's not to love about this pistol. Feels great in my hand, plus an extra back strap. Get one you won't regret it.

"We sell these at my job and out of all the green gas pistols in the shop, the FNS-9 kicks the hardest. I also had to chance to borrow this from a friend for a day and if you wanted to, you can main it for CQB games. If you want something that's unique, competitive, and highly realistic, pick this up. Just remember the orange tip is painted on (bummer).
+ The kick is astounding for a green gas pistol. It's comparable to a freshly filled CO2 1911 and it's snappier than it's bigger brother, the FNX-45.
+ The feel and controls of the gun are superb. While something like a Hi-capa is super buttery to work with, this gun is robust. Everything has a resistance to it much like a real pistol, so you need effort to push the mag release and rack the slide. The trigger is also crisp but steady.
+ The externals are excellent. The finish and trades are a perfect replica of the real thing.
+ Performance wise, this gun is respectable. Accuracy and efficiency is average, but that's all you need for a sidearm. I usually run pistols only and I was happy with this.

"My first side arm, it functions wonderful and the magazines keep a tight seal. Consistently shoots in the 290fps range and has a solid recoil from the blowback. My only gripe is that the outer barrel has had the tip painted orange instead of an orange thread protector. If you are good at sanding, painting and recoating the barrel this wont be an issue for you(or if you dont mind the orange tip).

"After the letdown of the FNX I wasn't sure what to expect here. Well im glad to say this is very improved.
Very tight tolerances, very hard and crisp trigger. Absolutely shocking actually.... the break away force is spot on. Photos don't show it well but the texture and coloration of the metal is very close to the real. I was afraid it will be glossy splotchy paint like the FNX but this almost feels powdercoated. Whatever it is, very nice.
Blowback is downright brutal, and this takes FNX valves. Drop in a high flow for even more savage feel.
The only downside is they did a number on the barrel (thinks 90s type destruction sort of a job). I haven't seen such in years so the importer obviously is one of those horrible ones I thought were extinct. So plan on some cerakote in the future unless you can live with it.
All in all im impressed.

"First thing the gun shoots amazing the kick feels great. The grip on the gun is phenomenal and paring it with the dummy round showing the gun is loaded and ready to fire is another plus that I love this gun. And it is totally ambidextrous so no worries there. The only thing I don't like about it is the painted outer barrel. Other than that one little problem I recommend it and it is another alternative to buying a g series pistol and waiting for it to be imported

"Bought this gun used on Ebay in 2020, this is what I can say:
Pros:
- very gas efficient
- loud
- great sights
- lasted 1.75 years without an issue
cons:
- my slide cracked (not to a point of non functionality)
- my slide release snapped (which broke the gun to a point of non functionality)
- almost impossible to get replacement parts online

"This was my first airsoft purchase and I bought this particular gun because my own defensive pistol is an FNS 9. I got it to get dry-fire practice with the gun when I couldn't get to the range.
I saw that it was fully licensed by FN, so I thought "Very cool! It'll match my gun perfectly".
One thing. There's no thumb safety, which might seem like a small thing, but part of the practice of drawing from a holster is to disengage the safety. Which I can't do now.
I can't review the pistol, as I have no basis of comparison - never having shot airsoft before. It was surprising fast and powerful and will shoot semi-accurately from my back driveway to across the street (120 ft, more or less). A few BB's would curve off. I wouldn't thing there would be any accuracy issues close in.
