"Played with this gun once instantly fell in love i took it apart it’s no longer a 6.04 bore barrel it’s actually a 6.03 which makes the gun shoot a little more with fps i tested with .20 and at 100psi and shot average 390-398 10/10 recommended i love how nice it shoots and programming isn’t a trouble i just wish it didn’t shoot so high because this would be fun to use indoors but still is fun to use out doors and the range oh my this gun shot far than most of my guns and this gun has a barrel so short i was thinking it wasn’t ganna shoot that far but boy was i wrong other than that read the other reviews for the pros and cons i just talked about what’s different that evike hasn’t changed

"This is my first review, and I just want to keep it as short as possible.

If you are new to HPA like me, buy this gun. It’s so simple to disassemble and program. I’m not a tech guy by any means but within a day I can confidently work on it. Not to mention, the cost to buy the AEG version and then the Inferno gen. 2 is way more than the pre built version.

"Best gun I have used! The trigger is smooth with little to no resistance. Not to mention having it already HPA!

"Purchased this after a long hiatus, so exciting to build a new kit. I have only tested this gun and have not used in a match yet. So far it is amazing. I made sure to take the advice and lube the hop up bucking. I shot a good 1500 rounds through it to "break it in" lubing the bucking and making very fine adjustments until groupings were very very tight. HPA trigger response is amazing as usual, the tripple round burst is soThe gun looks amazing, very nice true to life replica. Nylon reinforced polymer is the same that is used in the real thing. Very very excited to field this. Will post an update. Ordered the 3 pack of of 75 rd mags and the flash hider to get myself started. Also ordered the rear (left side) qd sling mount (not available here) so that I can use my Magpul MS1 sling as a single point. Plan to get Fortis cnc foregrip and cantilever red dot.

Make sure to run a good handful BBs through once you get any HPA system. Lubing the hop up bucking also promotes even wear and gives you the most consistency in every shot. Was able to hit targets withing 175-200ft at 400fps. Very impressed.

"Overall great gun
however you need to lube the hop up bucking with silicon oil I had an issue where I would shoot a little bit no matter what setting the air would leak out of the barrel
I changed the the bucking to the red mad bull bucking and with the lube it fires awesome with each setting

to program the settings remove you battery and hold the trigger and plug in the battery you will notice the gun fires after the release of the trigger(to adjust the dwell do this in semi * to adjust the burst do this in the burst setting ** rate of fire is the full auto setting)

this gun is a menace on the field I put an amplifying tip for and its so loud it has good range for the size
I use the 2 round burst setting and its awesome
if you plan to use full auto a lot invest in the wolverine regulators or something with a goodrefresh rate

2nd: Dont lower the PSI to its lowest setting. The nozzle might stick on full auto & cause air leak
3rd: If nozzle does get stuck you might need to take it apart and either lube bucking/sand bucking just a little/replace with a Mad Bull Red Shark or Promy Purple/Maple Leaf 75-as per ASG this is an approved user upgrade that wont void anything

I know this because I sent 2 back under warranty thinking it was broken. The final word was the nozzle was stuck because i had the pressure too low. Dont let my error change your mind. This was my 1st HPA. The 2 times I sent it back they worked with me every step of the way. Even sent me a video of the testing!

so now review.

Pros:
Light. Shoots further than you think possible. cool factor. rails in all the expected places. collapsing stock. Build quality is amazing. 3 round burst!
Cons:
no instructions at all!!!
Air leak - seems caused by me _._ [see above PSA]

It is just too awesome!! Mag changes are simple. ergonomics are sweet. Its a small package that can be used indoors our out. This is just what i have been looking for. I built a DMR [too big and heavy,no buneo indoors] loved my g36 [no range outdoors even with a spring change] This was my answer to both problems. Shoots like a laser. Lower fps to 350 and your indoors raise to 400 now your outdoor ready. I am so happy with this purchase and with Evike.

ASG website has the manual and break down of parts.

Side note- MP5 mag pouch is too small_dont think it will fit_. go for either an M4 mag pouch with a bungee retention or Evo mag pouches.

"Worth the wait.
This rifle is defently worth the money. Performance is outstanding out of the box. Functions just like the aeg.

Pros
Light weight
Tight accurate grouping
Large battery compartment. I put a 7.4 stick in there.
No extra line sticking out of the pistol grip.
Sights included.

Cons
Nothing

"I just received the gun and upon trying to attach my airline to it, it would not fit. I had to take off the baseplate, and tug on the engine airline a bit to give it enough length outside of the baseplate for it to connect properly. BUT, after I got it up and running, it was feeding and firing flawlessly. My only gripe is that the hop up seems a little off from the factory so it shoots to the right. Nothing a simple dwell and hop up adjustment couldnt fix though. After the tweaks, it fires perfectly.

"Love this gun but i wouldn't give it five stars because ive had a few issues with the gun and the replacement Evike sent me out. The major one is the empty mag feature didn't work right on both of them now i could be doing something wrong but once the mag runs empty it triggers a switch to tell the computer the mag is empty so it cuts power to the trigger so you know your empty. The problem i would have is a would reload and the gun would not shoot unless i unplugged the battery and reconnect it, it was fine. now i dont really need this feature just sucks and the replacement i got did the same thing. the first one i had also had some bad jamming issues when i got a replacement it was just fine. Now i just solved the empty mag feature by just ripping off the tabs on the mags that would trigger the switch in the mag well that its empty. Iv'e played airsoft for a long time so i know when im dry firing so that feature only saves me a few dry shots.

Now for the good stuff:
- This gun is super quiet, all you hear is little puffs of air but my tracer unit might of helped that.
- This gun gets lots of attention its no m4, when i went the handfull of times i get lots of complements on the gun and even more of a surprise when its hpa and its super quiet.
- The burst mode is insane you can get the burst shots out so quick one after another to bad i cant really use it on my local fields.
- Gun feels great in your hands with just some accessorizes, light weight and short.
- I like the battery compartment, its in the handguard and they make it nice and easy to take off it with just the threaded barrel piece that holds it down (ive come to like it cause ive had to take it off many times on the field when the empty mag feature wasn't working :/) just watch the charge handle it will want to fly off.

The bad :( besides the problems ive had:
- I do not like the selector switch you never know which mode your in single shot or burst? i have to just look at it to make sure im in the right mode before i shoot. it needs a much more crisp selector so you know what mode your in.
- The hopup adjustment is annoying its not bad but you need small fingers or a tool to adjust your hopup

My recommendations:
- Great gun for indoor fields, tracer unit and other accessorizes its a bad little gun for indoors, it shoots like a laser
- If you did some upgrades you can make this gun outside field worthy but i only get about 100 fts of effective range outside on .3 @340fps with .30, .20 was like 380 to 390fps at 120psi on the reg. which i dont want to go past because i believe thats the limit on this gun but i could be wrong. plus the shots were all over (not a very tight grouping). Longer barrel/rhop barrel could really change it but thats not what the gun is all about. CQB is where this gun strives but isnt as mobile as a speed softers setup in most cases. My Krytac is R-hopped but has a weak spring in it shooting about 240 fps on .30 and is out ranging the evo and has super tight groupings to about 150ft before it drops off.
- If your gonna be outside keep it to the close ranges.
- My two cents, great little gun, looks awesome, feels great, unique, but its not the most practical, kinda under performs, i would buy it just to have the gun plus hpa features, not the best performing, mobile gun on the market.

"Works great. Suffers heavily from jamming on higher rates of fire, though. Use the high RPS at your own risk and have an unjamming rod handy. Other than that, runs really, really well. Love it.
