G&G RK74 CQB 115 Round Mid-Cap Magazine for RK and AK Series Airsoft AEGs (Color: Smoked Translucent)

"THESE ARE MY FAVORITE AK MAGS.

Pros:
- Clear body; easy round count (game changer)
- Strong spring & 100% reliable feeding
- Easy to strip down & reassemble for maintenance
- High level of perceived quality in manufacturing

Cons:
- Does not replicate any real-world AK mag
- Has cringy five-pointed star design that runs down the length of the mag (ew!)

These mags work flawlessly in all of my airsoft AKs, and all my teammates' AKs (E&L, LCT, G&G). If you have a G&G RK-74, these are the only mags that will fit and feed without modification. These mags have proper 5.45mm mag shape, but it won't fit the bill for hyper-realistic impressions.

"These mags are great. (I have 3 smoked translucent). I bought a G&G RK74CQB from a friend and he gave me the one it came with. But back to the mags! I'm not entirely sure if the RK74 needs proprietary magazines, but based on my experience, as well as what everyone else has told me, midcaps rock! Also, 115 is a pretty standard amount. I have 3 of them and it's all I need for quick pickup games.

Pros:
• It's a midcap (No unnecessary rattling!)
• 115 rounds is more than enough for one magazine (x3 should be more than enough for one game?)
• Pattern/grooves on the mag's shell have a good purchase/easy to get a grip on
• These things are solid for something made of plastic!
• These things are so durable, It's really fun to practice the tactical AK mag change. 😀
• Super affordable!

Cons:
• The spring needs to be broken in (obviously)
• The BB follower actually can cause a jam (may want to remove it)
• If you choose to remove the BB follower, BE CAREFUL: The screws that you have to remove to take the actual magazine are tiny and a teeny tiny bit soft. I stripped one of them)
• So affordable, they sell out like crazy! My local store runs out of them constantly, and so did EVIKE. Get your hands on some before they're gone!

All in all,
They're inexpensive, durable, have a great feel to them, and won't let you down!
Just make you sure you buy an AK adapter for any speed loader you get! (I recommend the ODIN M712 with the AK adapter. 👍

"Works well and has extended follower to feed all bb's. Looks good and is shorter than many other ak mid-caps. Fit well in an Arcturus ak with only a tiny bit of interference at the sides of the mag latch, which was easily solved with a file.

"If you need extra mags for the RK74 here they are. I'm not sure how they fit in other AK platforms, but they work perfectly here. They do come with stickers if you want to apply them and they look sweet from any distance.
