" If you prefer the two piece, this is a lot cooler on the face than a paintball mask. I have a rather large nose, and you can still get stung on the nose. Protects the vast majority of your face, INCLUDING YOUR TEETH. However, it offers little to no ear protection. I use without a helmet and changed the straps out.
