"It is as advertised small light weight belt although to tighten the belt to a snug fit is quiet difficult with the low profile design it leave little to no room for tightening, The problem is since the middle part doesn't move and the design is so small the friction lock works both ways on tightening and loosening. I would recommend for a lose fitting pants belt would not recommend adding weight to this belt.
