"I’ve owned one of these for about 5 years now and it’s remained a permanent piece of my kit for the entire 5 years. I’ve had countless different setups as I’ve tried to find what worked for me and I even grew into it over the years (I bought it while I was 13) and I say for sure that it definitely fits most sizes. Personally I’ve never had any issues with the harness digging into my neck but that could just be my body shape.
Pros: Very lightweight and comfortable
Easy to adjust/ fits most sizes
Straps don’t shift at all during heavy use
Lots of potential for different pouches and other accessories
Looks cool imo
Cons:
Not really specific to this chest rig but rather chest rigs in general but prepare really feel when you get hit because chest rigs tend to give you less coverage than your typical plate carrier.
Overall a great buy. Works amazingly for fast, lightweight kits. Definitely get this if you’re just starting out and trying to find something affordable but practical and lightweight to wear.

"Very good chest rig! Perfect for laying down and staying mobile. It is good solid material and will probably last a while. I'm 5'5 so I'm a little shorter and I had to do some modifications to make it fit me but it all worked out. Would recommend to snipers that want to stay light and fast.

"The MCR7 is absolutely a killer chest rig for beginners. It adjusts well, I'm 5'8 and weigh in around 270 or so (I'm a big boy), and it fits me very well. It will adjust for bigger too! I like it's built-in pockets, although I personally don't use them. It's got a decent amount of MOLLE space, but I personally dislike the back panel. I bought the hydro harness along with it, and it works 100%. It is much more comfortable, has a bit more MOLLE space, and obviously has the advantage of being able to hold a 2.5 liter bladder. If you need a relatively cheap but quality rig, the MCR series is definitely something you should look at.

"I just got this hours ago and it looks so good! I have yet to take it to a game but I can't wait! For a big guy (6'2" and somewhere around 250lbs), this fits nice.
Pros:
Adjustable to most sizes
Plenty of MOLLE (could be a con to some, :P )
Works with the Hydro Harness
Can be used as a base for pouches of green based camo
Easy to put on and remove
Velcro on the straps to allow for patches
Can go into prone with out resting on your mags
Cons:
Takes a while to get it properly adjusted
Does rub on my neck just a small amount
You don't have one
While I have yet to use it in a game, I am loving my new Ronin Chest Rig already. Highly recommend!

"Great rig, 8 molle loops wide on each side.
I can fit everything I need for a milsim event with a small backpack and a blackhawk strike reversible molle belt panel and a drop leg
It may be different for others because I use an mp5/smgs.

"its a good rig
-The Good-
.the gear placed on your waist dont get in the way with running, laying, or crouching, with straps that let you adjust to your preference
.shoulder straps are fairly padded so your shoulders wont feel chaffed/straps do not reach(my neck at least) your neck while using so no chaffing there
.your chest wont feel caged like with some chest rigs so breathing feels more natural
.with how open the rig is, if you want something to stay cool during the hot weather this is a definite recommendation
.decent amount of webbing and velcro for patches / sticking foliage into webbing to remain relatively camouflaged and 3D in woods games
.durable
-the maybe Bad-
.if your use to chest rigs and feel more pain being shot in the torso or back get ready cuz nothing will protect you here
cant say i have many bad points with this rig, a few new BB bruises on my back and chest but thats the game although some may not enjoy the stinging pain of 400 FPS

"I have owned this rig for about two months now and it is very comfortable. It is an inexpensive way to carry magazines and supplies without the weight of extra fabric or fake/real plates. Also very adjustable: it fit me (6'2" 320lbs) and my brother (5'9" 190lbs) with room to spare for both of us.
Pros:
-Inexpensive
-Lightweight
-Adjustable
Cons:
-Shoulder straps are slightly uncomfortable
For the base of a starter rig, this can't be beat!
