"Having fired 1000 bb's through this gun already:
-Gas efficient (100 or more shots up to 300 fps of the co2 cartridge).
-No malfunctions of any kind, always shoots when you pull the trigger. 100% reliable.
-The MOST SOLID AIRSOFT GUN I'VE EVER HELD. It is built like a 20-ton truck, 2.5 pounds (unloaded) of machined steel, not pot metal, steel. I'm not sure what you call the bluing or whatever the finish on this thing is, but it's better than some of my dad's real guns costing 5x what this airsoft gun costs. Most airsoft revolvers or cheap irl revolvers fail at the crane and cylinder catch. Because of that frame catch mounted on the crane itself and being made of high quality (looks forged too me) steel, it is stronger in my bet than other airsoft guns that use the push out colt style or push forward smith style. No issues with parts bending/breaking, or the finish getting scratched.
-Smooth 7–8-pound double action trigger (smoother than a lot of other real smiths I've shot). It has one of those two stage catches on the da trigger, you pull it back the heavy initial half a cm and then you're left with what feels like a sa trigger your holding under a bit of tension. With a couple hundred bb's worth of practice, you will be able to use the da trigger just as accurately as you would a sa trigger.
-Great ergonomics, I'm a bigger sized guy and the Hogue grip melts into my hand, great control and leverage over the gun and allows you to get a high grip on the frame.
The crane mounted, cylinder release is very intuitive and strong/smooth.
What do I recommend you do?
-Buy it, for 30 bucks more than a h8r you get a great reliable revolver, its only competitor for price to value or reliability is the win gun nagants. All other airsoft revolvers are pretty bad.
-Use silicon oil down the hammer/cylinder release button after every other time you use it. The trigger will be a bit stiff at first but using it and using the oil will make both like butter.
-Buy asg branded shells and speedloader because not all airsoft 357ish shells work in all airsoft replicas, and because this revolver doesn't have a chamfer in the cylinder, to get good reloads with the speedloaders make sure they are the right asg dimensions.
-It's a revolver, so learn to not short stroke the trigger like you would with a semi auto. At least while your using it in da.
BE WARNED:
Its hopup doesn't stay in place, at 80ft it is still human sized moa, but don't expect to dial in the hopup and have something that is a straight lazer. Unfortunately, after 5 rounds the houp will move a little but with .25g bbs and above it will be accurate enough to use on a field.
"This revolver is amazing for the money. $120 gets you a high quality metal build. I got the low power model for indoors but it has plenty of range, and accuracy. All of the hard were feels solid and good in the hand.
My only gripe with it would be how easy it tarnishes but that happens with the real one so extra REALISM!!
The other thing is it is a revolver and buying shells is annoying, how ever you can easily 3d print your own.
Recommend a holster so you don’t scratch this beautiful piece.
Definitely a 9.5/10 on this one I love it.
