WE-Tech 1911 Hex Cut Gen. 2 Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol (Color: Silver)

"I really lobe this pistol, the weekend after i recieved it i used it more than my m4 i love it.

"I have only had this gun for today but i can say that it is amazing it performed really well i bought it from my field as well as one extra magazine as i already have some i would highly recommend buying extras this also did well with my tracer and it feels like it was molded for my hand it got almost through a magazine but first its very cold out second the propane adapter i have is a piece of trash but the pistol is great definitely gonna need to adjust your hopes though it comes with a thread adapter as well and feel fantastic nice kick lots of fun worked effectivley as a primary and as a sidearm in a cab environment i got to play around with it a lot today i read the other three reviews on evike and i think i know why one person had a problem one reason would be that it was super cold when the review was posted another is a bad apple or not using good gas i recommend red gas or propane honestly so far i can't give this enough stars only problem is that it scratches a little easier than i like but then again it might just be me cuz i put it through a long hard day.

final thoughts buy one already you're obviously interested if you're reading reviews just make the leap maybe get extra mags and be surto clean and refill it the oil is heavier than my grandads evening Cologne. The biggest con is that you don't have one.

"Great gun would recommend a extra mag, has a lot of hop up with 20 gram bbs so I use 36 gram bbs it is dead on. Adjusting the hop up helps a little but is a great gun

"I bought 2 of these pistols to dual-wield, they’re not bad. I put a short stroke kit, new nozzle spring, new inner barrel, and a new hop up bucking. Same upgrades in both pistols. But before I did the upgrades for the second pistol, I tested the difference between the stock pistol and the upgraded one. There was a good difference. Upgraded or not, it’s a damn good pistol for being stock. It has the blue nozzle too so it’s not “stock” as in its a pos. I would say the only con is the magazines, which they don’t hold a lot of gas in, but I think it depends on if you get a faulty mag or not. I recommend buying AW custom 1911 magazines because they WILL fit this we-tech 1911. Also, the first gun I received, the package didn’t include a playing card but my second package included one, so that kinda sucked but it’s okay.

"Just received this pistol today. I have put about 10 mags through it so far. From my experience, the gun has terrible fuel efficiency. Honestly you are lucky if you can get more than one mag out of a fresh filled fuel reservoir in your magazine. Propane and green gas both provide the same effect with barely being able to finish one magazine. Now this could be because I got a lemon but I doubt this as there seems to be zero air leaks, which is a good thing of course. I also purchased two extra magazines which again, all three provided the same effect. I'm not saying you can't fire off all 15 rounds before having to refill with gas, just do not expect to get any more than that. Even though its apparently supposed to have good fuel efficiency because of the slide being "hex'd"? (I believe WE has actually always had bad fuel efficiency) Anyways, the gun itself does in fact look very nice being as I purchased the black version and it seems very solid. Weight is nice as not being too heavy/light. I would also say the grip itself is also comfortable. I would definitely recommend this gun to anyone looking for another 1911 to add to their collection or to have something unique out on the playing field.

Quick note, when reloading the magazine, be careful as my hand got caught in between the mag reservoir and the magazine itself which actually split my hand right open. Either way I normally wear gloves when playing, so this isn't an issue. (Thought I would point it out)

"Great Gun, MAGS ARE TRASH!!! I hardly ever get through a full mag before it runs out of gas, maybe 2 or 3 rounds the first fill then 5 or 6 on every fill after that, I have multiple mags with the same result, save your money and get something that doesn't waste green gas. I thought this thing was cool but it only accepts the government style mags that don't hold gas. so yeah, save your money for sure. this gun gets a 2 just because of the fuel efficiency alone. what were you thinking we-tech!?
