"Pros

+sits completely rock solid against the dust cover release
+adds a bit of stability to the guide rod which is known to bend a bit on the WE AK
+ups your firerate to about 600-700 rpm which is quite a realistic coincidence
+the spring design is pretty smart. Its so strong its almost impossible to push in with your hand making it optimized for a bolt carrier hitting it. This causes the felt recoil to be crisp and snappy. i dont own the ra tech version but this spring is clearly a better design than a rubber buffer.

Cons

-quite heavy, adding a small bit of heft to your gun. Its not much on its own but when you’re adding attachments+steel parts it adds up
-the brass piece that holds it into the dust cover release puts an awkward angle of pressure on the screw hole everytime you shoot. If you dont locktite your screw down, just a few shots will be enough to strip it so be careful.

A good purchase if you want your gun to be a bit more competitive at the cost of the full travel bolt
