" this is a very good flashlight. this thing is incredibly bright with a wide diameter and long center throw. the dimmer outer ring is quite the nuisance on the eyes but the center is downright painful. strobe function is good, takes some practice to smoothly transition to it. standard tailcap is fine but I prefer the pressure switch. NOTE: the actual pressure pad on the pressure switch is a little weird where if you dont push down ALL the way you wont get full brightness which is why is have my pressure pad reversed. reversing the pad allows me to press the integrated always on button which 1. always gives full power and 2. you do not have to actual "click" it to turn it on, making it basically a more reliable pressure pad reminiscent of a hot button. comes with all the mounting equipment you could need and even has 4 zip ties.
Pros:
-extremely effective light pattern and brightness
-disorienting strobe
-mountable to screw in mounts
-dual fuel
-pressure pad is included standard
-ten tap programming
Cons:
-the actual pad can be wonky but as stated there are ways around that
-the two batteries that come stock won't last long (get modlite 18650's)
-mounting screw is a weird flathead
THIS FLASHLIGHT IS BLACK NOT BRONZE
" Great light I have it mounted on my Tippmann and it works great.
Highly recommended
Pros:
Good quality
Water Proof
Very bright
Cons:
None
" I got this light because I was sick and tired of bad low lumen lights. This light solved that problem. I've liked this light overall but there are some areas of improvement. The pressure pad itself was great for the first few times I used it but over time I noticed that if it wasn't pushed hard enough you'd get partial brightness and subpar performance. Pushing down harder resolved this issue so whatever. As an airsofter I turn my light on and off very frequently which is a problem with the ten tap programming system. I personally wish that was removed. The third problem was the batteries. After maybe a week of use one of the batteries died. It claims they can stand several hours of use but I mean? It wasn't like I was leaving it on for any period of time.
Pros:
-extremely bright (almost painful)
-very wide area of affect with a strong central area of affect
-programmable
-comes with standard tail cap and pressure switch cap (has always on button on pressure pad as well)
Cons:
-built in mount (can be removed and used with a screw in mount but cannot be completely removed)
-pressure pad must be broken in
-EATS batteries; get a rechargeable one
-possibility of accidentally reprogramming the light while using it
Final Notes~ It really isnt bad, they're just some areas you have to watch out for and prepare for.
