Matrix Full Metal 40mm M203 Airsoft Grenade Launcher for M4/M16 Series Airsoft Rifles (Model: Mini / Dark Earth)

"Works great, fits great.

Main reason for the review was a PSA that 40 Mike grenades do not fit unless forced into the launcher. Im going to shave down the inside so the blues will wit, but the reds are too long. You have to hit the slide override to move the hatch out far enough to get a red 40 mike in.

"Have wanted an m203 for over a decade now; finally decided to get one. Barrel mount fits my adaptive armament, though the front clamp doesn't line up with the launcher-step in the outer barrel perfectly. Anything with a thick profile barrel will not fit the standard delta ring clamp without modification: lancer proline and specna arms barrels are too thick for example. Due to the weight and the nightmares I still have over m4 barrel wobble, I wouldn't recommend hanging this off a multi-piece outer.
Rail mount works great, but only really secures the rear of the launcher. To compensate for this, I used the screw holes for the barrel clamp to thread some steel wire through and secure the front to the bayonet lug. I have the long version mounted on a 10.5" barrel ris m4; with an ASG tracer unit the launcher and barrel are equal length. Have only tried it with ASG and MAG brand 40mm shells, but so far very satisfied with performance.

"Bought this to throw on a 16" ar upper for display. Actually fits on the rifle with the barrel mounts and is a lot cheaper than the 37mm flare launchers. Looks pretty cool on it and is a fun range toy to shoot paintballs at your target. Not quite 100% metal. The rear barrel mount is a plastic or polymer so i pull it off when i actually shoot the rifle, could just use the pic rail mount if i wanted to keep it on. Fun launcher and looks pretty cool.

"i like this because if you have something like a g&g dmr m4 it looks so bad ass it makes some people think twice and it also really works well in the perfect conditions it'll take a small room of people a.s.a.p and it hurts like heck just get a few shells when you order

"This thing is pretty cool. It fits nice and snug on my echo1 stag m4. This thing is metal with a VERY hard plastic for the grip. One note though, that little piece of metal (trigger guard) with a crease that is supposed to go to the mag well of your m4: if you attach a free float ris rail to your gun, it won't fit in place. This is a very nice launcher though 5 stars!

I have bought a mad bull 120 round shell, and trust me this thing is intimidating. the launcher is constructed by metal and the hand grip part is ABS plastic. It is very light weight, even with the shell in it. Heres an example of how this works. Ok so on my field in the back of my house i have a 2 story tower. There was a kid in the tower, and i came around to flank and i shot this launcher off. Now i didn't hit him, but when this fires it sounds like an M80 fire cracker. 120 pellets then hit the front of the tower after the loud pop. The kid started screaming and yelling surrender. I DIDN"T EVEN HIT HIM!!! If you are thinking of a launcher to buy i suggest buying this one.

"This grenade launcher is an outstanding buy! it has a metal barrel and trigger/trigger guard as well as the colt trademark. The build quality is very sturdy, and the distance/force of the projectile is phenomenal.

pros: everything except the one con!

cons: the grenade shell included is more like a shotgun in the way it shoots. (but much better shells are located at evike.com and are listed at great prices.

Conclusion: If you are an airsoft enthusiast and want something that will intimidate your opponents as well as blow the crap out of them, THIS IS FOR YOU!
