Classic Army ARS3 Modular Rail M4 Airsoft AEG (Color: Black)

"Picked this up on sale as I have a Nemesis PDW and have been very pleased with its performance but wanted a more traditional M4 aesthetic. This fit the bill. Internally, this has the exact setup as the Nemesis line but at a far lower price point when on sale. A few things to note; the magwell is extremely tight and both sides gouged the magazine, no big deal just hit the high spots with a file, took 2 minutes problem solved. Next up is the stock which has a bit of play, tightened that up with a little shim inside the body. Stock has ample space for a butterfly battery and is setup with Deans connector and a small Tamiya adapter so that’s a plus. Standard A2 style lower with M4 upper and all the normal familiar M4 controls. The rail is aluminum and quite nice with zero movement. Performance is on par with my Nemesis with good range and a decent snappy trigger and good response running a 7.4 lipo. Dropped a Maxx Hop in and it fits well, very tight and a bit of a chore to install but works great. External fit and finish is solid with a nice black sheen, all parts fit together well. Overall this is a great choice for a mid range setup. Catch it on sale as I wouldn’t pay $325 but a great value at the $240 sale price.

Stock body is ok but has some wobble
Cheesy USA marked dust cover (leave that nonsense to the bench rest old timers)
Lower receiver markings are etched and show the milled finish, I prefer inconspicuous markings but that’s me.
Pistol grip is A2 style which is fine but it’s pretty cheap. Easy to change

Overall this is a solid choice with upgrades already installed.
