Taurus Licensed PT92 M9 Full Size CO2 Powered Airsoft Pistol by Softair (Model: Polymer / 425 FPS)

"For the price this is a great addition to your collection, it fires well and despite the polymer construction it still has good weight to it. I haven’t gotten to use this at an event yet but I look forward to it! My only complaint is that bb’s will sometimes escape the mag and get caught between the co2 cartridge and the inside of the grip but this might just be on my gun I’m not entirely sure.

All in all this is a good pick for a first gun or for target practice

"This pistol is amazing. I have two other CO2 pistols (1911 & HK USP) which I owned before this one, and the Taurus is my favorite. I've taken it to a field match & I am completely satisfied with its performance. I use .12g bb's which are surprisingly accurate within a 40ft range. I chrono'd the Taurus w/ .12g & .20g, both on new CO2 cartridges. The .12g bb's were shooting an average of 494fps. Some of those shots were well above 500fps. With the .20g bb's it was averaging 428fps. On a full CO2, I was able to get 60 consistent shots above 400fps. This performance is obviously because the pistol doesn't have a blow-back feature. Which is fine, in my opinion. I'd rather have more fps power than realistic action. The weight of the gun feels nice. Not as heavy as a real M9 but not a brittle as a spring powered pistol.
My only complaint is the gun magazine. The spring inside the magazine is very tricky when loading the bb's. Sometimes it pops up quickly & shoots all the bb's out. You then have to start the reloading process all over.
That builds patience though, can't complain too much.
I highly recommend this gun for field use or backyard plinking. Once Evike restocks their aftermarket magazines for this pistol, it'll make an even better addition to my airsoft collection.
Buy this gun!! You won't be disappointed. Just make sure to put some silicone spray on the first few CO2's you load so the seal doesn't get damaged.

"Although this gun is a great beginner gun to mess around with in a backyard match or some fields, it is not crazy good. I would still recommend for the price.

"i love this gun, if you just want a cheap airsoft pistol that will last you a long time get this gun. I´ve had mine for 2 years now it has started my airsoft gun fetish. highly recommend for a good side arm. one complaint, it only comes with one mag, but other then that this gun is worth the money.

PS: the mag is very small so you will have to reload a lot if you are on a small field of have a lot of close encounters

Small mag size too and all of the controls (safety, slide catch) are fake. The mag release is a little awkward too. Honestly it’s your typical Nbb Co2 pistol, cheap, powerful, simple, terrible trigger pull and inaccurate lol. Looks good tho, the Taurus trademarks really make it pop. Not a bad buy overall.

"This gun is cheap and it does the trick. This gun does not have hopup and the bbs are not the most consistent. If you are looking for range, then this gun may not be the best. If your targets are all within 30-40 feet, this gun will work. Mine shot a good 380fps and was my backup pistol. Just recently however, after owning it for 2-3 months, it broke. I do not regret the purchase as it is a decent pistol for the money, but now its in the garbage. A CO2 tank can last for 3-4 games.

"Knurl on the magazine broke on the second use, Evike is sending a replacement. Bought a spare mag so I used that. Pistol shoots a crazy 425fps with .20gm and pretty accurate!!! On the 4th mag, not even 1 c02 cartridge the pistol broke! Contacted Evike again and they are sending a replacement gun (awesome customer service). My son purchased this same pistol but has not used it yet, I'm hoping I just got one from a bad batch and his is ok and the new one works ok. Based on my pistol I would give this pistol a 1 star rating but Evike a 5 star for their customer service. Hopefully the replacement will earn a 5 star rating because this gun shoots really nice.
