"Just received the Matrix Poseidon Custom Airsoft M9 (Full Metal Silver).
Build Quality: Shaking it while holding only the grip, there's a bit more rattle than I'm used to. Put a finger on the slide while shaking, and it's quiet.
Finish: Most of the unit is finished beautifully, some rough spots near the front, and in the well where the safety is located. All in all, very very nice.
Weight: Gun without magazine comes in at an "evil" 666g. Empty magazine is 253g. Realistic feel.
Fit: After having tried a few M9 class pistols, the grip is consistent, and is slightly big for my hand, but still able to grip well. All buttons and switches are within easy finger reach while gripping (except the slide release switch/lever)
Trigger: Made of metal. Wall is near the end of travel, and trigger needs to be returned near home position to fire again.
Magazine: Made of metal (Silver for this model), has beautiful finish with no markings. Holds 22 BBs.
Gas Efficiency: 27 BBs per fill (Green Gas) at an outdoor temperature of 66 degrees farenheit.
Firing Action: After firing 4 magazines, no misfires and/or jams.
Slide Action: Smooth and solid. Very little "play" (not enough to negatively affect overall impression of quality). Slide opens on last BB (empty mag)
Accuracy: 4 magazines with groupings at 50ft average within 6 inches (pistol was stabilized). All BBs hitting target.
Teardown: Easy. Depress button, turn slide release and move slide forward.
Notes: Overall a fantastic feeling pistol with nice feedback (GBB). Despite reading otherwise, the safety on this model does not act as a "decocker". Without a magazine , the pistol action is such that pulling the trigger auto pulls the hammer, and you get a "click" with the hammer returning home after completing the trigger pull. With the safety in the ON position, the trigger freely engages with no tension.
Final Disposition: Would've been nice to have a decocker, but I would recommend this to anyone looking for an M9.

"Great weapon. I don't know the fps on it, but I rip holes into the cardboard box. Pretty sick. Give it also 5 stars for authentic feeling

"I have used this for a couple months and I have to say it's a sweet gun.
Pros:
-Short, snappy, crisp blowback
-Good on gas
-Safety de-cocks the hammer
All in all a decent side-arm. If you're into m9 style pistols and are looking for a compact backup, this is a unique and good functioning choice.

"I had the pleasure of trying this at the walk-in store. Evike's friendly staff even gave me a few minutes to get a good 150 shots in.
Great gun love it, got one and never looked back!

"Before I start, no I have not purchased this gun, I simply borrowed it on the field but I have something positive to say. This gun is probably one of the BEST pistols you can buy for budget players, in addition, it is so satisfying to shoot. The full metal is so sleek and racking the slide is so satisfying so if you are looking at this, and you want a fun time shooting your brand new Beretta M9, then just please buy this gun.

"the gun itself is good but the mag is lower in quality. the reason I say this is because after I dropped it once the clasp that holds the bb's in broke and is not easily repaired. for those who do buy this airsoft pistol be sure that you also buy a good quality mag or two as well so you are not stuck with a M9 replica.
