"don't understand some of the other reviews. I bought this for my WE makarov expecting to have to modify it to fit. There was no need as it works flawlessly after about 1 day of wearing it in.

"Great quality holster, works with the Matrix dropleg mount, you just have to remove the mounting nut on the Matrix mount (the included allen bolt is too short).

Fits my real steel Makarov like a glove. My WE Makarov is a little tight. You will have to change out the trigger guard pin for a roll pin on the WE Makarov. The tightness of the holster puts force on the trigger guard allowing the friction pin to slide out, you'll end up losing the ball bearing that puts tension on the trigger guard. Luckily I noticed this and replaced it with a nice roll pin.

"This is a quality holster, but it doesn't fit the KWC Makarov PM sold on evike. This was shown as an accessory. When I asked, they said it fits the WE PM... So it should not be listed with the KWC.

"Flat doesn't fit the WE Tech PMM and is NOT adjustable.
