"I wanted to use a LiPo battery in a TM MP7A1 without doing any modifications to the gun. This seemed like a good alternative since it was a direct fit. The battery is smaller than the typical 500mAh battery and will need the EX Conversion Adapter to work. Everything seemed to work pretty well and I now can use a more powerful and longer lasting battery. Make sure to identify the positive and negative of the battery before plugging it into the gun.

"Worked fine in a TM G18C AEP with no modification needed. It's a slightly tight fit but it will load into the existing battery slot without any problem. You just have to tuck in the balance connector a little bit before you put the slide back on.

The positive side was marked with a bit of red ink from factory but I expect it will wear off over time. The battery end is asymmetrical so just look to make sure you are inserting it correctly.

It looks like the intended design to charge the battery is using a basic lipo balance charger that only charges via the balance connector. If you would like more control with a special charger, such as the popular IMAX B6, you will need an AEP battery adapter for the charge leads or make your own.

"Just to confirm this battery does not fit the scorpion, mac 10 and other large aeps. This is the smaller micro size battery for the pistol aeps. I had to find this out the hard way, even though the people on the phone for evike ensured it would fit the jg scorpion it does not. Oh well!
