"I’ve had this pistol for a over year now and the only issues I’ve had were sure due Co2 carriages having no pressure cuz they’ve sat in my car too long. The only thing I didn’t like was the unnecessary safety switch a real steel VP9 doesn’t have kept engaging when I holster it easy fix I cut that off and put a little super glue to keep it in place.

"This Pistol has been through rain, snow, mud, over 100 degree heat, and under 0 degrees cold. i have drove this monster through helll for 3 years and it never jams and has NEVER given me issues. i just wish i could get my hands on some extra magazines for it.

"Overall, the VP9 is a decent pistol. Before I got this gun, I decided to buy the Tolmar gas blowback 1911. The mag didn't even take green gas correctly, so I decided to buy a CO2 pistol. Let me just say this. CO2 is so much better than green gas. It can perform in cold temps, and doesn't leak as much.
Now for the VP9
Externals- The VP9's build is a very durable plastic lower receiver and the top receiver is made of aluminum with white dotted iron sights. There is a non functioning 1911 style safety switch on the right and a working one on the left which is kind of weird. The mag release is sometime hard to reach for smaller hands (I have big hands so this is not an issue.
Internals - This is a half blowback pistol. It doesn't load the next BB with the blowblack like a full blowback pistol. It loads the BB faster than a full blowback since the triiger pull does this. Theres a downside to this. The trigger pull. It's really BAD. When firing rapidly it hurts to pull the trigger. After toying with the hop up for a solid 2 hrs I got the hop up perfect. You need a allan wrench to adjust it. It's not clear which way you spin the hop up to make the BB's trajectory up or down. But when I got it, the I did shot very well and straight. This thing is a beast. I got 4 kills with it at the local airsoft field using it as a sidearm. I got at least 10 mags out of the CO2 also.

"This Gun arrived at my house and felt great at first... I got to shooting and it did well for most of the day. Until later when I went to go put bb's in the mag, and a small piece that is used to lock the slide on the last shot just snapped right off. The gun no longer locks back on the last shot and now needs a new mag in order to work right. The gun feels really nice on your hands, and it is heavy, and I really like how it shoots though. Maybe I just got unlucky. If this problem doesn't happen for everyone, I would 100% recommend this gun.
