"I've had this for a couple months now and I love this engine. It's in my lvoa and it shoots so constantly also far. I really recommend this if you can get it

"This engine is good, but I wouldn't entirely recommend it.
Pros
Efficient (Kythera is best)
Easy to use
Can be very consistent
Polarstar has awesome customer support
Closed bolt(better accuracy and trigger response)
Reduces gun weight
Enables you to use a plastic gearbox
Cons
Really expensive
Picky with buckings
Kills batteries if left plugged in
FCU connectors needed major modifications to not snap
Pretty loud
Two solenoids to break instead of one
This engine is better than the Fusion Engine since fitment and cost are better, and it doesn't need to have a QEV banjo fitting or the Amped poppet and nozzle to be efficient.
It also doesn't have all sorts of sear nonsense and semi only silliness like the Kythera, and is probably the best engine for most stuff.
That being said, I would still consider the Jack, Inferno, and Fusion Engine for other stuff, but the F2 seemed to be my best option.

"I wanted to get into the HPA world when I saw the performance that was out there for this sport. I started off by getting a wolverine inferno, and I had issues from the start. I saw that wolverine had a closed bolt systems and got my hands on the premium edition. Once again I was extremely disappointed in the performance. Customer support at wolverine didn't really have any solid advice and I was about to give up all hope.
Until Polarstar released the amazing F2! My team tech was the first to switch completely from wolverine and got his F2 first. When he put it in his Krytac PDW and I saw that he was shooting over 250ft with .36g BBs, I was sold. My whole team quickly ripped out the wolverines and put an F2 in all our primaries. I have had zero issues with the FCU or engine. I love how on the FCU I can quickly make adjustments if needed. But out of the box this thing would go through anything and keep trucking.
Sometime during my first year of game play my FCU digital read out busted. Most likely because I kept everything in the pistol grip of the M4. I had purchased another used F2 that needed some work done on it and was going to throw it in another gun. I called Polarstar to see about sending in my broken FCU and the 2nd F2. Mr. Rambo let me know he was going to be at the Ballahack Polarstar event that weekend, and I was also going to be there. I brought everything to him, he took a look at it, and fixed it right there that day! Wow the customer support! I will always run Polarstar from now on!
Thank you Polarstar for making a great product and giving great customer support. I am now running BLS .43g BBs at 400FPS making shots in tight grouping at 300ft. Barrel is r-hopped, lapped, maxx hopup unit, modify bucking. mags are PTS EPM with upgraded followers. MRS regulator. Krytac CRB shell and gearbox. Titan Lithium-ion battery.

"i installed this into my Krytac trident MK2 CRB and i absolutely love it i had i few problems in the beginning but all well worth it in the end. i had a faulty micro switch on my trigger board but i called polarstar and they sent me a new one for free. But one tip i have is to make sure non of the wires are touching your trigger then youll have trigger problems
Pros:
lightweight
duel solenoid
fairly easy to install
via secondary regulator and fcu tuning u can play with extreme performance at any fps
tuning is not necessary original settings are quite conservative and will work no matter what
Cons:
tuning can take a long time but is well worth it in the end
the trigger board does not fit in a krytac gearbox so u will have to dremel out some space for it if u want to put it in a krytac (i recommend emailing polar star and asking them how or if it will fit in your gun)

"Just as described by Polarstar. Great step up from the F1 and JACK single solenoid engines by being more customizable and tunable while still being considerably cheaper than a brand new Fusion Engine. Having personally used the EMG edition of the Polarstar JACK for almost four months now, the F2 is easily more efficient than the JACK.
Pros:
Lightweight
Dual solenoid (requires some more tuning than single solenoid systems to achieve best performance, but still overtakes single solenoid engines)
More efficient than some other single solenoid cylinder engines like the JACK
Full size FCU
Easy to install
Cons:
The wiring on the solenoid on the top that moves the nozzle can sometimes get detached by the spring guide if you have one in your gearbox.
Requires some time to tune, especially for players upgrading from single solenoid systems.

"I love this engine. Works amazingly in my Krytac CRB. The only complaint that I have and the reason why this is a 4-star review is that I bought another F2 because I wanted to upgrade my dad's gun. This 2nd F2 had a leaky solenoid on arrival and is constantly leaking air. Working with the place we bought it from to see if we can get a replacement.
