"Foliage Green LXL. I wear 7-5/8 New Era baseball caps.
Comfortable enough but you may want to get aftermarket pads and chinstrap. I got lucky with the shroud as it worked with my G24 mount without any need to shim. Retaining bungees seem okay but I got another retention system from Steele Industries.
It's harder to find the correct size helmet cover. You'll have to go to another military outfitter or eBay to get what you're looking for. Otherwise, you can run it as is since there's already velcro on the helmet.
ARC rails will work with 3M Peltor mounts.
I look weird at night doing my stargazing but even in urban environments I can do pretty good seeing stars.

"I am an adult, this helmet was not even close to fitting me. It fits on a 14 year old nephew that plays with us. I contacted Evike and said I wanted to exchange for a different size and I got no response.

"I absolutely love this helmet. I bought this originally for how it looks and to complete my outfit, but I have since realized how useful it is.
The foam is quite good at absorbing impacts such as bumps against rocks or the ground, but it certainly won't work as a bicycle helmet. It's also great for audible confirmation you've been hit. My friend who shot me from about 50 feet away could hear the bb's hit the helmet, so this could help prevent getting shot more than necessary.
The ARC/ACH rails are super handy, as the helmet includes a small picatinny rail and some loop mounts in case you want to mount a flashlight or a mask directly to the helmet.
Overall a great buy. The seemingly ridiculous price tag is definitely worth it.

"If your playstyle involves actively moving around, sliding, jumping, ducking, weaving, rolling, etc., or if you play in an area where there is even a slight risk of head injury (e.g. snowy or wet terrain, lots of trees, etc.), I HIGHLY recommend that you get a helmet like this. Players who snipe or need extra concealment/don't move around as much don't really need helmets, but they're very helpful to have. I've already seen what a low hanging sharp tree branch can do to the top of someone's head if they're not careful enough. This helmet is excellent for saving you from the pain of BB headshots and is durable enough to cushion your head from an impact on solid ground.
One of my teammates slipped on ice and banged his head into the ice really hard - thankfully he was wearing this helmet when it occurred. What could've been a severe head concussion or trip to the emergency room ended up being only a bit of neck soreness for a day or two. I have never failed to wear this helmet since. The fact that it comes in a large/x-large size makes it even better for those of you with big noggins like me. It also has holes on the top for ventilation and the velcro-held cushions can be removed/adjusted to suit the user's preference. Very comfortable to wear and not too heavy, maybe 1.5 pounds or less. The NVG mount and ARC rails are also nice additions that provide some flexibility in your loadout. Straps are durable enough and appear to be holding well. Overall a pricey investment that is 110% worth it.

"I recently bought this helmet in multicam (large/extra large) and let me tell you, this thing is awesome. I have a pretty big head and my previous FAST helmet, I can�t remember the brand, but was one that said one size fits most. It would give me a headache after a couple hours of wearing it and that was with no pads in it so it would fit my head.
This helmet is true to the sizing it claims to be. Mine being in size lg/xl. It fits perfect. And I was actually able to add in all of the padding and still have a little room left to adjust the adjustable band to fit snug. The rails on this thing actually work, meaning all of the accessories I have on it actually snap into place the way they are suppose to. The ability to customize these helmets is outstanding. Currently on my helmet I have the Z-tactical z034 earphones that attach to the helmet rails (another excellent product). Matrix retention war bungee. Opscore nvg counterweight. Aim 20mm rail flashlight mounted to the rail the helmet comes with. And Emerson goggles with swivel mounts to mount to helmet rails. A few patches. And there is still room to customize. And with all of this the helmet is still very very comfortable.

"This is a good helmet it's exactly what I was looking for. Once you get it set up it fits really well. The dial adjusted backstrap really helps the helmet conform to your head not to mention the ability to adjust the height of how the strap fits. I liked that this helmet is easy to accessorize and look forward to putting a killer load out on it.

"This was delivered with a broken NVG mount (mount was broken into two pieces). I sum this up to poor shipping/handling and NOT the fault of the manufacture or Evike. RMA submitted for replacement. Aside from that, the helmet is very comfortable and works well in any sim. Camo is easily customized with the multitude of covers Evike offers.

"This helmet is pricy for someone whos is just getting into airsoft , but it is worth the price. I have had this helmet for 4 years now and have put it through its works. With all the sweating in this helmet its inner padding is still the same as it is from the day I got it. I was able to go to Operation Black Sheep @ Camp Shelby, while clearing a building I had jumped through a hole in the wall and wacked my head extremely hard against the concrete wall now if it wasn't for this helmet I definitely would have had a ghass in my head. I even have a decent mark on my helmet from it. I fully recommend any type of helmet or head protection for airsoft.

Your thoughts are that the emerson fast helmets are the only helmets that look nice and not too cheap, but thats the problem! Their very expensive! I thought the same thing also so I thought "what about the basic emerson fast helmets" and i am very glad I did not buy the basic because when i got this in the mail it was WAY to big but nothing to deal with i just turned the back nob and whala! it fits! The chin strap is also very easy to adjust and very comfy.

"Did some price comparisons w/ other helmets, don't let the price fool you. THIS helmet rocks. Had other types & styles, but if you're running a 1/2 face w/ ear protection this is perfect. CQB~CQR~recon or beast mode, it doesn't matter. Worth every penny. Played every mission role from ballcap contractor to geared up vs. rabid kids on full auto. BEST head gear. Airsoft bulletproof.

"I will not repeat the great things about this helmet as it would be redundant. I will instead state the only problem you may have with this helmet: be aware of your head size!
I happen to be a 7 1/4 hats size and I had to remove all front and rear padding for it to fit my big head (even though I am only a 130lb skinny guy). If you have a hat size of 7 1/8 or smaller you are good to go but my size or bigger - you will have issues most likely!
I still love this helmet though!
