"Works great, I have 2x 11.1v 2000 mah Li-ion batteries and 1x 7.4v Lipo 1000mah. The manual is really easy to follow.
My only complaint is that the company webpage and firmware update is broken english, and so is the manual. However, the information is really useful for storage of batteries long term. It automatically sets the charge/discharge rate of the battery. You just HAVE TO BE VERY SPECIFC and know what type of battery you have. As you can see, I have Li-ion AND Lipo - and there is a difference in max voltage and the 40% capacity voltage for storage after games. Setting the wrong battery type could probably have disastrous results.

"Out of the box comes with everything to charge my Deans TITAN 3,000mAh 11.1V Li-Ion, and it charges good.
Only wish is that it also came with the Tamiya adapter for the price (as it's still a very common connector type in airsoft), which is sold separately for 4 USD.

"Just received this charger and I would like to write something positive about it but unfortunately can't because this charger needs the Multi-Charger adapter with 4.0mm Banana Bullet Connectors, which was NOT included in this kit it only includes Deans / T-Plug adapter that you have to use in order for the charger to recognize the battery. You just can't put in the "Charge Only" plug into the port, but also the "Discharge Only" conntector in the Multi-Charger adapter with 4.0mm Banana Bullet Connector as well. Evike sold one with that Multi-Charger adapter with 4.0mm Banana Bullet Connector. It was this item: ID: 63914 (Charger-Tenergy-01322). Unfortuantely they no longer carry it and it was also very expensvie ($80.00), but when you look it up, you'll clearly see that Multi-Charger adapter with the 6 most important adapters connected to it and one that is left for your DIY purposes. I had to go to Amazon. That Charger Adapter is complete OVERKILL, with 19 different connectors and one DIY bare wire. So it will totally meet all your charging adapter needs. They should either include a Multi Charger Adapter Cable with this or sell it for $15.00 less to make up for the what is needed. Although it looks like a solid item, I have to give this a ONE STAR, because it left out the MOST vital part of this kit that makes this unit work. Without it, it's useless!
UPDATE: as of today (07-05-19) I just received the adapter cable and was able to charge my TITAN 2600mAh / 11.1v battery, but was NOT able to charge my TITAN 350mAh / 7.4v battery. I don't know if it was adapter cable not working properly or if it was the battery itself not allowing it to be charged in that way. Either way the battery that DID charge faster than my Valken LiPO/LiFE charger (item N65389). That's why I'm giving it two stars now. I'm going to have to get a replacement charger adapter cable to see if it was actually the cable itself. If not then I'm just going to return this. I really want to like this unit, as it seems like it can charge a variety of batteries.
