"like everyone else I am rating this at 5 stars, i think the why is what is really important, and a really good why question would be why this over a normal krytac spr, they are both the same identical internally, and with the spr you have color choice, so all your paying for is a diffrent rail system, and trades with this.
as silly and superficial as it sounds I did not want the spr because EVERYONE has one, its a very common gun because it is so good, I wanted the performance of a krytac spr but didnt want a gun identical to every one elses, dressing up your gun with accessories only goes so far.
the black color, rail, and traditional magwell makes me think ar-15 immediately, with the krytac mk 2 receivers you know and everyone else knows what it is right away, a toy airsoft gun, this has a completely diffrent feel from any krytac (I know I sound crazy) there is something about it I cant place. but what ever it is, its good.
after owning the gun its slowly evolved into a gun with range, not sniper/spr/dmr territory, I still want that full auto, but this ironically out shoots everything I have.
one of the few things I dont like about krytacs are their pistons, mine stripped disturbingly soon (hadnt even gone through a bottle of 5,000 yet) no big deal I replaced the piston with the ever popular shs metal rack piston, since I was in the gear box I wanted better compression too and swapped all the compression components for lonex, I have not opened the gear box up since, and have used this rifle periodically, not quite daily driver, but in a fast food, you know what your going to get sense.
I decided I wanted to give r hop a shot so I picked up the prometheus inner barrel for the spr and purchased the elvish tac r hop kit and installed it, absolute game changer with the lonex compression.
originally I was using .28s but after burning through 3 bottles of those, I wanted to see what this rifle could do, as of right now I have settled on .32s, its capable of hopping allot more but the ammo gets pricey when you go beyond .32s.
I put a surefire m600 on a strike industries hand stop, mro replica with a 3x flip to side magnifier and I swapped the stock for a magpul ctr. it has honestly grown on me in its current configuration and will likely never change.
keep in mind, besides the aforementioned parts that were swapped everything else is still stock, so its still the stock motor and gear set, still sounds fresh as ever and very healthy, typcally with such a high round count, id expect a change in the sound, but this thing just continues to sing. I figure I have as of right now a little over 30,000 rounds through it.
im not sure how to tie this off, basically, if you want something that not everyone else (but still want good out of the box performance) has this is a fantastic place to start. it is a truly amazing gun.
because its not as popular as the spr (because of the higher price) you can probably get a really good deal on one of these either from here on evike when they have a sale, another retailer, or a secondary market like ebay.
if this rifle catches your eye, do not hesitate to pick it up, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.

"I bought this gun looking for performance, and that’s exactly what I got. Shoots far and fast. For the gun being full metal, it is surprisingly lightweight which is what I was hoping for when purchased. I only have two gripes about the gun, that being that pts epm magazines don’t like to feed very well and the inherent krytac fuse right next to the battery connector. Other than that this gun is solid.

"Excellent external/internal quality. As a real steel shooter I appreciate the realistic feel and build of this rifle. I run it with 32 gram BBs shooting under 400 fps. The range and accuracy is there leveraging the strong hopup (dialed-in at #8 setting - not even max'd out). I use a 4x scope with it and can hit head-sized targets 100+ feet effectively / consistently.

"Ive had this gun for a years now and never touched the internals ever and still going strong. This gun outputs amazing FPS and ROF with a 11.1V Matrix lipo.
