Born from the idea of a soldier being able to resupply behind enemy lines and operators being able to leave a smaller footprint to conceal their presence, the SR-47 combines the familiar M4/M16 with the legendary 7.62x39mm cartridge used by the AK-47. The SR-47 was designed to allow operators to utilize munitions acquired on the field from the enemy in situations where resupply is not an option. Additionally the SR-47 has the added benefit of sounding like a typical AK-47 and not an M16 which helped mask an operators presence as well as being able stay covert by not leaving any evidence such as casings from a NATO weapon.
BOLT Airsoft's rendition of the SR-47 features their Bolt Recoil Shock System (B.R.S.S.) to create simulated recoil for enhanced realism. In addition to the recoil system, BOLT has also greatly reinforced the gearbox and the rest of the internals to withstand the powerful recoil shock and to enhance the rifles durability and performance. Externally the rifle features a tactical CNC machined KeyMod aluminum railed handguard, aluminum alloy upper and lower receiver, as well as all the familiar features of a traditional M4 / M16 weapons platform.

" This gun is an absolute beast if Ar47n’s are your play style! The b.r.s.s system feels amazing and makes any airsoft match your in more immersive. I ran this gun with .28 and the gun was shooting 370 which is not bad at all however the only con to these gun is the battery placement within the buttstock I would recommend swaping it out but besides that very solid gun.
" This is a really fun gun to shoot. It looks great and the firing system is smooth and very responsive. The recoil system gives a nice little oomph to your shots and it has the perk of being kinda loud for the immersion folks. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the battery compartment is not great. It’s very small and cramped and one of the retaining clips already snapped off (not a hard a fix with some epoxy just annoying)
" A very solidly built gun, great weight to it and why e recoil system makes it a ton of fun to shoot. The only issues I’ve found so far is the mock suppressor can be difficult to remove at times (which can make swapping it for a tracer unit a bit of a hassle) and some magazine compatibility issues due to the length of the magazine to hop up chamber tube, the included high cap works well but be careful buying backups as they may not feed or lock into the mag well ( the Matrix 120 Round Mid-Cap Polymer mags I already owned from another AK would not feed in this gun at all)
